It is possible the warehouse processed the order before things went wonky. Not sure about the outbound flight part though…. 🙏🛐

Im seeing that the orders from the promo Aug 21-27 ish all seem to be stuck. I have usps tracking but it just says "package acceptance pending." I suspect them claiming that my $400 worth of peps was $14 worth of cleaner or mascara brushes or whatever got the stuff sent back. Unfortunately, last time this happened with another vendor I never even got a letter so no way to know for sure what happened.
