Or if you are ok stretching for 6 weeks for RS, can work with 10mg as well.

Ok I finally tried some of the T15 I ordered on 8/21 and happy to report no stinging. Also my first ever gray market injection woo! It was fun.

I won't. I got very sick and so did my cousin that I set a vial to. Just wasn't for me.

Can you elaborate on your symptoms other than the burning? Not saying I don't believe you, but it would be good to have another point of data for those that experienced issues.

Order a T30 kit mid-August. Shipped from Texas location. Blue cap, clean pucks, vacuum sealed. Reconstituted with Hospira BAC. Clear, colorless. pH 7. Injected 2.5mg with no burn. Hoping more on this batch have the same no burn experience and whatever the problem was has been sorted out on their end

Broke out in cold sweat, nausea, weak, dizzy, dry heaving. Not my first time taking either. Was trying something new. 20 units.10 mg vial.

I have no idea how much 20 units is without knowing how much bac you reconstituted with (sorry if you mentioned this in an earlier comment). Did you up your dose or take the same dose as you did with other suppliers? Most of those symptoms may manifest when people titrate up too fast. I've heard that the smaller mg vials tend to be overfilled more often than the larger mg vials, which could contribute to unintentionally taking a larger dose than expected. We wont know if that's the case unless someone with lower mg vials sends one in for testing though. Still doesn't explain the stinging.

100 units of bac. 2.5 mg. I haven't increased dosage.
I know this isn't exactly the key point of your post, but wouldn't 20 units be 2mg?

gotcha, not trying to pick a fight. sorry this was your experience, i'm definitely not trying to invalidate it. i don't have any amo product so i have no horse in this game, I just appreciate the data points everyone is sharing.

Just wanted to chime in and add my experience to the pile. Ordered T60 on labor day and RS just got around to using it this morning. Fresh Hospira BAC and vile had good vacuum. No stinging or adverse affects of any kind.

Also chiming in - ordered T30, T60 mid/late August and my T30 was part of the recent Big Group Test. I reconstituted T30 with fresh Hospira-BAC. Today injected RS w/NO stinging, adverse effect.

I have also experienced the intense stinging. My order of L10 arrived on 8/27. I am in the maintenance phase of my journey so dosing every 10-14 days depending on how I am feeling. Stung like nothing I’ve ever experienced. No redness or lasting reaction and I feel like overall the product worked. Five of us shared 12 boxes. Only 2 of us had started it and we both experienced the sting. I figured it has to be whatever they are using as filler?

Are you feeling concerned about it? I am not sure what to make of this stinging issue.
Why not reach out to AmoPure and talk to them about it? They are obviously aware of the issue.

AmoPure is really responsive so far. I had a problem with 1 vial, no vacuum. They agreed to send an additional free vial with my next order. They seem to be on the up/up.

ordered at the beginning of september, t60. used on two different rats, no stinging reported on either.
Finally opened my L60, late August delivery, and researched on two subjects, separately.
When asked one "did it sting?", pat came the reply " how did you know?".
The second one said it felt "hot" on the site for 20-30 minutes immediately afterwards.
No change in dosage, hospira bac, and same needles. Moved from Red Rock to Amopure.
Amopure won't tell what's driving it.

Not sure of they know exactly or it probably would have been fixed.. They won't seem to tell what filler is being used ..could be a filler issue but who knows 🤷♂️

Yikes! I know a lot of people recently got their mid-late August shipped 60mg from Amo tested, and everything came back looking good (I know that's not an indication of stinging, just mentioning it). After the test came back, many people have been using it and reported no more stinging, and so thought that issue was resolved. But, it sounds like you're saying it's just inconsistent from batch to batch?
Maybe someone who got in on that group test could weigh in.

Yes, my first shipment (from anywhere) says shipped from Franklin Park, IL—8 days from order to delivery in Dallas.
I got T5 and took my first dose of 2.5mg a few days ago with zero stinging. First self-injection ever! I will definitely reorder from Amopure and hope they expand their inventory.

5 days between "awaiting item" and " arrived at origin facility" means it was likely international shipping and not actually shipped *from* there. That's just when USPS finally got their hands on the package. For international shipping that's pretty speedy! I believe their domestic warehouse is actually in New Braunfels TX, as my order had left the origin facility within 24 hours.
I ordered a kit of L60 and C10 from amopure while it was 40% off for Labor Day. I haven’t tried the L60 yet, but literally minutes ago took a 1mg dose of the C10 and it burned like hell. I’m now a bit nervous to try the L60 now.
Cagrilintide burns anyways. I bought a bottle from astropeptidesusa and it will light you up. I used my L60 from labor day and it's not an issue. Definitely test it out soon
I purchased Cagri from Skye prior to this and never had this issue.
I need to try them. Astropeptidesusa even with hospira burns but it definitely works like a charm. I don't mind the burn to get the suppression it gives
