This systematic review found that that tirzepatide 10-15 mg caused more weight loss than 2.4 mg of sema (the maximum dose) while resulting in fewer side effects. This is the first scientific thing that I read that confirmed what has been reported on social medial by people who have taken both drugs, that there are fewer side effects with tirz.
