TESOFENSINE

So but wait… is Tesofesine going to be addicting? Physically or mentally?
No, not according to any clinical trials. The mechanisms are completely different. It also does not get you high, and it lasts in your system for a long time.

You can probably misuse it if you try hard enough since it affects dopamine, just like anything else that affects dopamine, but you're going to have a bad time.

For short read: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tesofensine

For long reads, look at PubMed and the patents.

This is actually why I was so against calling it "coke light".

(Disclaimer: we haven't seen phase 3 trials data. Though, my RSs have not experienced anything like that)

Understood much better now, thanks. Love this forum.

Yeah, not apparently addictive… good news.

I looked at adding Teso to my trial research but I am concerned with the heart rate increase (adding to the impact of the Tirz HR increase I already have) and the potential for variations in tablet strength.

From what I have read many start on 125mcg (which I would start with) which means cutting the pill in quarters. My concern is dosing/strength inconsistency from one tablet to the next and even within each 1/4 tablet. Similar to many of the people ODing on fentanyl tablets. One user is fine and the next user OD's from the same batch. If you have ever tried to mix salt and pepper (perfect for smoking a brisket) it is very difficult to get the mix to come out evenly. This is what I imagine happening in the UGL's making these tabs (or capsules). I may still give it a shot though, maybe when I am in maintenance.

Does anyone get several tabs tested from each bottle/batch? Janoshik was the only lab that I found that offers it.

EDIT: @BeardedGuy found it first, no it will not be addictive any more compared to antidepressants

Here is an example of a recent Janoshik test of four 500mg tablets from Wuhan presumably from the same batch (all four were listed on the same test):

This seems like a huge variation from one tablet to the next and also doesn't account for the potential variation within each tab when you split it in four.

Does this dose variation impact your research results or does the long half-life sort of even it all out?

I would to research tesofensine. I see biopep mentioned but I can’t find them. Can someone provide more information?

on the 1st page of this thread I list down some vendors who sell it, the cheapest looks like is Ava.
I suggest you compare the vendors first. Ava has at least some history and reviews here on the forum.

Thank you.

I bought 5 bottles of 100 capsules, 500mcg each, for $130 plus
$40 for shipping from Tuk of ASC (plus their fee to use PayPal). Have not cracked any open yet because I still have some left over from a domestic supplier.
Let us know how they are, please...
