Hello everyone, this is Nova (the head and sales representative at WKC):
Due to previous inventory shortages, I ordered a batch of untested products from another factory to replenish the stock. Because they assured me of product quality and after-sales service, I sold these products. However, the results were unsatisfactory; the purity was substandard, and I was scammed. Therefore, there's no need for anyone to test them individually; it's a waste of time and money.
I hereby declare:
We have stopped selling this batch of products and have destroyed them. If any customers received these products during this period, please contact me at any time with product photos. After I confirm they are defective, I will resend the products or provide other compensation.
However, to avoid confusion, please do not blindly trust others. If you have any questions, please contact me immediately, and I will reply as soon as I see them.
We are also conducting a new batch of tests. Due to the large variety of products being tested, the results are expected to be released in July.
I apologize again to those who trusted me (Nova), and I will prevent similar issues from happening again.. ALL of this product is bad, confirmed by Nova/Walker himself/Herself.
