Things you haven't eaten since starting on GLP-1....

It's a tradeoff. I believe a good one at best. Fruits, leafy greens, and water, are excellent! My blood work is excellent as is many others taking these meds. We, along with the help of this amazing medication, must be doing something right.😊
 
I just found my selection of high grade pasta from Italy while looking for aluminium foil to keep my steaks warm. Then it came to me. I haven't had pasta with self made pesto since I started my journey on Tirz.

What's would be your answer if I ask you?
FAST FOOD! Used to eat at Whataburger or Taco Bell but now I drive right past and don’t even blink. It’s the weirdest thing not even tempted.
 
I eat everything I ate before. Only now, a meal that might have been a lunch has become three lunches. And there’s a fourth still left over but I don’t want food poisoning from reheating rice over and over so I throw a portion out.

Post GLP1 ... just no interest, except Dr. Pepper occasionally, can't seem to shake that. Ugh

Same here with pasta! I used to love making creamy mushroom tagliatelle on weekends, but ever since starting sema, the thought of all that richness just makes me queasy.
 
Occasionally I get the urge for something sweet. Found stevia hard candy on line and just take one and am fine for the rest of the day!
 
When i eat "junk" like burgers/fries/tacos--too much of it and i get sick the next day. with that in mind, i am terrified of eating Fried chicken. or fried fish/funnel cakes(it is fair season)

but since being on sema i am on a huge ice cream kick
 
Anything deep fried; just the smell of it repels me.
That was me early on when I hit about 1.5 on sema. I'd see an ad for something like a burger or a a fried chicken sandwich and it would just disgust me.

Now, I just had a burger. Looked just like one from one of those ads. Before GLP's I could have had that, some fries, maybe a small shake. Now I'm at a place where I can have just the burger, and that's a whole meal. Actually a little more than a whole meal, as I'm feeling like I overdid it right now.

Today was actually a really bad day for me nutrition wise, but I'm still only at around 1600 calories. Before GLP's I could hit that by breakfast.
