Anyone taken a higher dose than the 15mg recommended? Been at 15mg for a few months but last week absolutely starving and just had to eat so much. So last jab I’ve done 17mg and back to feeling satisfied with what I’m eating

I split my dose to half on a Wednesday and half on a Sunday. That means I don't get the highest peak levels I would injecting 15mg, but I also don't get the lows the days before it is due again. My levels stay at a nice consistent level and that's really helped. If I need to, I'll move up slightly. I know there are trials being done by Eli Lilly on dosing at 20 and 25mg right now so I can't imagine it's much of an issue.

I have been doing 7.5 mg every 3 days for since Nov 24/25. Loss has slowed as only 1.8 frontal and I am trying to increase calories. Have lost 72 lbs since June 16

New trials are going to at least 25mg. Most people shouldn't go that high but some people are lower responders.

I take about 17mg to 18mg weekly and have good reduction of food noise and appetite. I’ve been on that level for about 2 months. My plan was to keep increasing up to 20 or 25 mg to goal, but I started a sema stack on day 3 about six weeks ago. I’m up to 1mg of sema. The “plan” was to cut back on the tirzepatide as I increased the sema, but really haven’t felt the need.

I was taking 20 mg every 5 days for several months till I hit my target weight. I had no side effects. My current maintenance dosage is 10 mg per week. I stack it with 2.5 mg Mazdutide once per week.

Has adding the Sema helped your weight loss progress? I am thinking about supplementing it with my weekly Reta.

Yes, had some really good results adding sema. For the 3 months of Sept, Oct and November I only lost 10 pounds, so my weightloss had definitely slowed. Prior to September I was losing about 8 or 9 pounds a month.

I started stacking Sema in early December and in December/January I've lost 18 pounds, and even lost weight during the Christmas/New Years week. I hit 100lbs lost since January last year this morning.

I actually really like the feel of Sema on shot day and the few day after. I think I almost like it better than tirz and I love trizepatide. So glad I tried stacking with sema. People suggested I stack with Reta, but I'm saving the big guns if I don't lose these last 20 or 30 pounds.

Congratulations, 100 pounds lost is a big accomplishment. I also averaged 9 pounds a month during my first 2 months, but the past week+ I have stalled and gained almost 2 pounds. I Plan to up my Reta from 4mg to 5mg next dose and then add Sema at .25mg or .50mg weekly to my Reta in February.
