Tirzepatide stackers: What's the ONE peptide you added that made the biggest difference (and the one you regret trying)?

I made this for my wife to stop her hair loss years ago. I think it works, she still has her hair lol. A few years ago these were around $800 bucks. now you can get one on Amazon for around $60/70 bucks. Peek in to this on line and see if it would help out.
I also checking out alibaba / aliexpress cause you can get medical grade laser caps for a similar price. Basically, the most important aspects are the wave length and power rating of the red light. A lot of the cheaper caps in the US don't have those dialed in.

Haven’t tried Methylene Blue yet but I keep hearing great things about it. The energy + focus/mood benefits sound exactly what I’m looking for. How long have you been taking it? What dose are you running and are you doing capsules?
I have been taking it about 2 months (with a week break after 1 month) I tried liquid and capsules. I like both, liquid seems more potent and faster acting, but I have no issue with the capsules (12mg capsules) and they do just as good of a job, a smidge slower and a lot less messier. I take it typically 5x a week.
I do one capsule/12mg or liquid/10mg of MB in the morning on an empty stomach and I might repeat it at lunch time if I am having a really active day. That is where capsules shine, I can take them easily anywhere. Now I typically do liquid drops in the morning and capsules if I'm on the move or travelling.
I tried a couple different capsules, but Nutricel MB for the win...good stuff and not expensive.

Well, Master of ceremonies is something for sure.
I did find this online just for the hell of it...

GHK-CU -Sublingual/Oral Mucosa Absorption: GHK-Cu is a small tripeptide (~340 Da without copper; complex is still compact), and the sublingual area has thin epithelium + rich blood vessels, allowing direct bloodstream entry and bypassing heavy first-pass liver metabolism (unlike swallowing pills). This route is used for many peptides/supplements to improve bioavailability over plain oral ingestion.
  • Sources confirm sublingual is theoretically suitable due to molecular size and mucosal permeability.
  • Troches (cheek/gum placement) are similar—some clinics describe them as providing moderate systemic availability by absorbing through oral mucosa while minimizing GI breakdown.
So where do you even GET the sublingual version?

I am updating my answer now that I have tried a few more. I have been doing .5 of KPV for about a week now and this morning I woke up without any soreness after playing softball last night. That is unheard of for me. Plus I noticed yesterday, my shoes were a little loose. Swelling around my feet and ankles is gone.

Also, I felt like I was catching my grandson's cold with some congestion and a sore throat 2 nights ago. I have done only 2 doses of TA-1 and feel a little better today already. I am going to do the suggested 1.6mg twice a day for 5 days, then just once a day if it lingers. You are supposed to stop once symptoms are gone. Could just be that I was going to feel better anyway, hard to know.

injectable version of GHK-Cu sublingually, but with some important caveats. Quick Answer.

It works.. GHK-Cu has a small molecular weight, so a decent amount can absorb through the tissues under your tongue. It is less effective than injecting it. You’ll get lower bioavailability (absorption) compared to subcutaneous injection. People still do it this way to avoid needles.

I have the injectable (I haven’t reconstituted yet bec life) but didn’t even realize that was an option. I only see it for sale a few places though

I want to believe that NAD+ ups energy and cleans out brain fog, but I honestly can't tell. 50mg subQ 3x/week. 71 yrs young - Should I be feeling something?
When I take nad+ buffered, I feel my heart race and a little unsteady for 10 minutes sometimes, not every time, sometimes it’s so bad I feel like I’m going to be sick from the “energy”. I take 50mg subq, I’m 53.
