Tofu

I freeze it, then thaw it, then wring it out, break it into chunks, toss the chunks in avocado oil, dust with corn starch, and season with salt and shawarma seasoning, then bake at 375-400 for about twenty minutes or til it's done, and dip in honey mustard or use in wraps.
That process of freezing it and the addition of the corn starch gives it a great crunchy texture.
 
Spicy Braised Tofu..... Oh my lord. I got my recipe from the owner of my local Korean grocery.

This is a good take-off.

There's a woman in social media who promotes boiling tofu not pressing it to extract the water enabling tofu to absorb flavor. I havent tried it. She also makes a tofu soft flatbread. Looks like a tortilla but a little bit thicker.

Also, napa kimchi & tofu. Refreshing.

And now I want to make a run to the store.... Damn you all. 😂😂
