hey guys,
ive got a holiday coming up in a month and a half and wanted your guys advice on whether I should titrate up a bit quicker?
Stats:
5’8, 66kg, 20% bf
Goal weight 60kg
took my first does of reta on Sunday (0.25mg), my appetite has defo reduced and i get full quicker. had a tiny bit of GI issues but pretty minor tbh. sleep has reduced a bit asw. I work out 4 times a week, (incl. training combat sports)
im thinking of 0.35mg next week and seeing how it goes. I really wanna have a flat stomach and feel confident walking around shirtless 😭
bought my 10mg reta for £40 which will last me a while considering my doses
ik higher doses means greater side effects but its not been soo bad so i can firm few stronger side effects. it’s the third day now and i sucumbed to my weakness (ordering takeaways) so is this a sign i can hack increasing the dose?
thinking of starting on GHK-Cu but haven’t found much about it. anyone take reta and GHK-Cu and give advice?
