hey guys,

ive got a holiday coming up in a month and a half and wanted your guys advice on whether I should titrate up a bit quicker?
Stats:
5’8, 66kg, 20% bf
Goal weight 60kg
took my first does of reta on Sunday (0.25mg), my appetite has defo reduced and i get full quicker. had a tiny bit of GI issues but pretty minor tbh. sleep has reduced a bit asw. I work out 4 times a week, (incl. training combat sports)
im thinking of 0.35mg next week and seeing how it goes. I really wanna have a flat stomach and feel confident walking around shirtless 😭
bought my 10mg reta for £40 which will last me a while considering my doses
ik higher doses means greater side effects but its not been soo bad so i can firm few stronger side effects. it’s the third day now and i sucumbed to my weakness (ordering takeaways) so is this a sign i can hack increasing the dose?
thinking of starting on GHK-Cu but haven’t found much about it. anyone take reta and GHK-Cu and give advice?

Maybe have a look over here: https://peptidedosages.com and do your research on this forum. There have been an enormous amounts of posts on dosages of both peptides.

0.5 to 1mg is considered a pretty prudent starting dose for both. Titrate up from there if there are no bad reactions.

You guys lose me at these low baby doses. You're going up .10mg from .25 to .35? What does that even do? Did you buy a single vial of R10, or a whole kit? Never mind, that single is $45 US. A R10 is one dose for me.

Everyone is different. Some people respond at very low doses, even .1 or .25 mg. Read up on it.

your probs much heavier/taller than me and have used reta for a much longer time than I have if your dose is 10mg. first time taking it and im already pretty fit so testing the waters with a 0.25mg dose
by upping the dosage im expecting more effect from the reta 😭 like why else would i wanna up the dose.
yupp just bought the 1 vial which will at least 2 months i reckon. i found grey market sellers but i cba w having 10 vials so im happy paying £40 every few months for one

I really like peptidedosages.com too. I also use pep-pedia.com and I like to cross reference them for surety. I like both sites because they get their data from peer reviewed research and have the links to their references at the bottom.
