USA Domestic Source / Shipping

There's a few different things there, and I wasn't around for all of them. There's a bunch of threads on it if you take a look around, but they generally end up with a lot of bickering and interforum bullshit.

-misrepresented themselves as being a Chinese vendor (they say they make their own product, which I'm inclined to believe they do have a hand in the production, but others think they are a domestic reseller)
-shipped out reta that rapidly degraded. They replaced it for everyone that ordered, without requiring people to reach out to them individually, and people are currently waiting on the retest to see if the new product is better.
-some confusion on the filler used at one point, I don't really remember what came of that other than one product had something unexpected, and nexa panicked and assumed other products had it too. Turns out they didn't, but they'd already said the products did, which sowed further distrust among people who were already wary of them- why didn't they know what was used in the making of their own product etc.
-some people don't like the prices charged for the product, assuming it's actually from China, when you look at other group buys. But they're still significantly cheaper than any other domestic.

I'm sure there's other stuff but I don't want to stir up shit again and get called a shill because I like them. I figure everyone in the market is at least a little shady, and with Nexa I get it fast, I can use a credit card, I can personally ask questions of the owner, and it's being tested over and over, so if something goes wrong someone's going to shout it from the rooftops. Also, he wasn't hit by the latest zero pep thing, so he's probably at least getting from a different vendor than everyone else even if he is a reseller. All of the various Chinese companies are resellers too which was pretty much proven with the zero peps.
You missed a critical aspect of the story which is that baba/cain was a well-known, deeply embedded member of the peptide community who was simultaneously masquerading as a Chinese vendor using alts. This is against rules on a ton of platforms (eg testing platforms where he was profiting from community-paid testing) and represents a significant violation of trust and lack of ethical behavior. Not the kind of guy you want to put your trust in when choosing underground meds to inject.

Well that's interesting. How was that all figured out? How long ago? I don't have a dog in this hunt, just trying to learn and get to the truth as I navigate all this for myself.

His dumb ass didn’t know how to use a VPN so was caught logging in from multiple accounts from the same place. Tried to blame it on his roommate but eventually came around and admitted it. It all happened like 6 months ago.

Ha. That'll get you every time if you're trying to play games. Seems he's got a happy customer base at this point and is treating customers fairly. Think he learned his lesson and is trying to play straight now?

And that's why people who've been around longer are so important, I only joined in October so my memory and information base isn't as big as yours.

He's proven to be very good at viral marketing. He does giveaways and such which are marketing activities, but framed as "giving back to the community," causing entire forums to simp for him even when there is a stream of hiccups such as a series of bad batches and shifting to a group buy model (as evidenced by the whole "pick the cap color!" thing on the "pre-buy" he posted here yesterday). On certain forums you'll find people praising and thanking him for selling them their peptides, seemingly forgetting he's in this for profit. Just wait, they'll come out of the woodwork here shortly and say that people just have an "axe to grind," ignoring any of the substance of what was said above. The whole thing is distasteful at best.

Tirzreddit people will put up with anything to use their credit card.

Well, from a pure and unemotional business perspective, he has found a hole in the market. He's more expensive than sourcing direct from China, easier for most to deal with regarding long lead times, communication, etc., and he's far less expensive than most if not all the US resellers. I'm right there with you about it being distasteful, and I wouldn't do that. But, I am a hardcore student of business as well and have seen firsthand this and other distasteful stuff happen in very profitable businesses. To varying degrees, I think owning and running a business extracts that from a person. In what I do, I see it everyday. It's a very "grey" area.....pun intended.

Yep, I won't dispute that the guy is making money. It's unfortunate that he is doing it in such a manipulative manner. Tricking people into thinking you're doing them a favor to extract money from them really rubs me the wrong way, but indeed it's effective. I'm not critiquing his business sense, as his bank account is not something I'm particularly concerned about.

Fair point and appreciate the honesty in which you are moderating this....and the backstory. Places like this need to adhere to principles or else they are no good to anyone. Thank you.

since you are telling people that cain is not trustworthy how about adding QSC or ASC how they are some of the most trusted people on here that just outright scammed people out of alot of product.
Cain may not be upfront with you but as someone thats been in the game a long time i would never tell people my info or source of product. Nexaph product works just like every other china vendor on here. As for principles people this is the same as buying on the darkweb you need to do research and expect to be scammed a few times its the price of going grey! The majority of the china factories are gross and not clean whatsoever ive been ordering RCs from china for over 20 years now and its always the same a vendor will pump then dump or shoot out after something happens over in china they get arrested or gangs take over they have a hundred reasons why stuff goes wrong over there.
If you are new to this game buy a little to try it out if you like it put them on your list and be aware that being scammed or getting bunk product can happen with ANY vendor that sells Grey market
The fact that Nexpha takes CC is just one layer of protection that most others dont allow.
Remember is just a Journey so enjoy the Trip!

I'm new to this site but thought I did see some info about QSC and ASC? Not defending in any way. It's tough to keep up with all this because it's spread out over time. Also, when buying direct from China, the more reputable ones use PayPal. That can be tied to a card, so there's protection. Yes, there's an additional transaction fee but I'm ok with that for the peace of mind.

its a cat and mouse game if you find good product buy it and save it while you can because the next day in this business is never a for sure thing. Ive had brokers that went years no problems then overnight nothing. I dont hold it personal its just business and i move on with my next broker.

100%. I am a little indifferent about all this from the standpoint that I buy "legit" stuff from China regularly for my business. So, I'm used to communicating with them, how they operate, etc. I don't wait for something to happen. If I smell something funny, I find another source.

The evidence doesn't point to QSC having scammed anyone; they appear to have been busted. If you’re as old school as you say you are then you ought to understand and appreciate the distinction. If Nexa gets busted and Baba is sitting in jail, you shouldn't expect to receive outstanding orders either. That's a risk you take with every single vendor.

As for ASC, I haven’t been following, but if they're scamming people, great—go discuss it in a relevant thread instead of throwing out red herrings to divert the conversation here.
