You make a great point. I did both: I increased tirz (8.5 to 10 - weekly dose) and also added sema 0.25 4 days later. But how do you compare that to just taking an additional 2.5 mg of tirz? The reason I ask is because I would be willing to eventually go up to 20 mg of tirz (or maybe even more).
Sema is very strong on the GLP-1 component - and anecdotally - better at hunger management food noise suppression.
Before adding sema, my tirz wasn't enough to control the desperate hunger, that one that is still present even after eating a decent size portion. I didn't have any fullness feeling and had constant food noise. I didn't even feel it in the first few days after my shot so I clearly needed to go up.
So I tried increasing tirz and adding a sparkle of more glp-1 to see how it would work, based on other people experiences. It worked really good and that "hunger desperation" went away.
Ultimately, maybe 10 tirz + 0.25 sema is equal to 12.5 tirz? And my jump was the equivalent of 8.5 to 12.5 tirz and that's why I'm seeing the difference. No one truly knows. I'm not scared of going up in tirz, in fact, I'll probably will increase tirz to 12.5 first if I see the issue, and then jump on sema 0.5, etc. As I'm getting closer to GW, my body is probably pushing back heavily.
I'm ok to go over 15mg of tirz, and/or add more sema on top - in fact both have higher trials going on. Sema going to 7.2 and tirz unknown amounts but supposedly 20-25-30 range.
