I have read everything I can find and followed FB groups and learned from everyone’s experiences. Avoided most side effects or learned from them what works for me. Mg 500 + stool softeners was the best advice. I eat at least 90 gm of protein. Another takeaway was “protein first”. And “drink, drink, drink”. I added walking when I stalled. Up to 2 miles 3x a week.

Has anyone used a KETONE BREATHE ANALYZER to track Nutritional Ketosis? I wish I had thought of that when I started.

Big thank you for developing this forum to become self educated!

I started with Sema through Orderly Meds in May 2024. I am an avid Redditor and started hearing about grey. Since I’m a nurse, I feel comfortable doing my own research and reconstituting meds. I then switched to Skye Peptides Tirz then went deeper and switched to Nexa. I’m a long time lurker here but I don’t tell anyone in my life that I do research. So I finally registered so I can have people to talk to about peptides.

I use a KetoMojo to check my blood ketones and glucose.

Welcome! I am a nurse too and I feel the same way about research tirz. Started on compounds, then Planet Peptides and Eros, and now Nexa. My doctor still thinks that I'm on compounds and he still writes me out a script for EL, too. I never bought name brand. A cool member on this forum once told me tirz is tirz. They were absolutely right! Good luck to you!

I order from bff…hope they come back online. I am in nutritional ketosis according to my Ketonix app. Probably a no brainer since I am still losing 5 lbs a month.
