Assuming you go in for regular check ups and get blood work done. Do you tell him what you're taking? Do you keep it a secret?

I've also read you shouldn't hid anything from your doctor but when I told him I like to have a smoke every once in a while I got charged a smoking cessation consultation. And put on my chart which could affect any life insurance policy. Keep in mind I smoke at deer camp and when every once in a while when I would go out and drink.

So do you tell them or not.

Great question! Curious to see what others say. I have my yearly physical on the 29th. I know my doctor is going to question my 45lb weight loss. She had previously helped me get compounded triz (through Redrock, until they stopped) back in the spring but I had not taken anything else since I stopped the Triz until Mid Aug. I lost a little on Triz (11lbs over about 6 months) but nothing compared to what I have lost on Reta and how fast.

Same. I quit smoking a lil over a year ago, but before this he said you wanna try a cessation program and I said let's talk about it in 6 months.... boom 380.00 extra for smoking cessation consultation.... as for glp1's when I was down 17 lbs but hadn't seen him in 6 months I just said I'm working out, eating better, watching sugar and alcohol. If it was 50lbs I'd say I'm working with a compounder on sema. Otherwise he'll be suspecting much worse and order 15k of testing.

So doctors in the US and scammers. I'm from Australia where we did have free medical. But not anymore. Our consults start at $75AUD then we apply for a rebate from Medicare. So ends up costing $35-$40 for every doctor visit.
I keep smoking weed and glps a secret from my doctor. Affects job prospects and other things...

If I have a symptom that needs treated, I will tell them about that symptom. If I break a bone or strain something I will seek medical attention. Doctors don’t cure anything. It’s big business and they are well educated but not all that smart. Unless you have an independent physician, mum is the word.

Say ur new compounder put u on max dose of tirz and when asked who you'd rather not say with the latest attempts to shut everyone down.
