What's the Best GLP-1 to purchase that has the least Side effects

Anyone noticed a change in their blood pressure from Tirz? Either higher or lower?

I have major white coat syndrome and my home device isn't the most reliable, so curious what y'all have experienced.
I was on two bp meds when I started. Dropped one completely, second is dosage cut in half. Doctor thinks I'll be off it completely in the next couple of months.

When I got put on them, I was told there was 0 chance of ever coming off, even if I lost weight because they thought it was mainly genetic factors at play. Happy to prove them wrong there

Can I ask how much weight you lost before you came off one of your meds?

I had 40 to lose, and was consistently elevated, sometimes Stage 1 on a white coat day. Before I gained that weight, I was consistently "normal" or even low.

So from like 20 on, I'd go to the doctor and they'd always say "your bp is high" and I'd be like yeah I've heard that and we'd move on. Nobody ever seemed to make it an issue or take the conversation further, so I didn't stress it.

Late last year I was experiencing some extreme anxiety, sweating, mind racing, panic, nausea, almost 24/7 and it kept ramping up. Went to the dr in like December and my blood pressure was very extreme, they contemplated sending me straight to the er. Got put on Hydrochlorothiazide and lisnopril. Both combined got everything under control and I was great.

Started tirz in june at 5 foot 10 283lbs male. I've responded insanely well and melted basically, and by September I was already around 235 and noticed I had been getting very light headed standing up randomly. Finally had a virtual appointment, dr said let's cut the hydros and see how you respond, it's probably too much meds. I was reading kinda low, that brought it back up to normal. Middle of November I started feeling the same, and checked bp and was kind of low again. Dr. cut the lisonpril from 40mg to 20mg and that's where I'm at now.

I've responded so well to tirz, I've been slowing my weight loss since October and trying to have some weeks where I'm over calories in protein (fuck that's a struggle on these meds lmao) to try to keep my strength/muscle at the gym. I was losing 15+lbs a month until I slowed it down myself lol. But was 212 when we cut the lisnopril to 20mg, and im currently right at 200. Hoping to cut it out completely by the time I get to 175ish around march-ish

Some people have very little side effects, some have a ton. Some people respond very strongly immediately, some people need to titrate up. Keep an eye on what you eat and the scale. You may need to go up, or you may react well to a small dose and lose weight without side effects. Go slow and see what happens. If there isn't much difference by your fourth week, go up in dose.

I started with sema and had zero side effects with the minimum dose and all the benefits. I eventually moved to every 5-6 days instead of 7, then half the minimum dose 2-3 times a week based on how I felt. The benefit of grey is you're completely in control of your doses and schedule. Smaller doses more frequently makes me have the benefits with almost no side effects at all.
Thank you for your help!

Lots of people have no (or minimal) side effects. I had a little bit of constipation but I resolved it pretty easily by upping my fiber intake and drinking more water. (Both of which I needed to do anyway, really.) Also a bit of a resting heart rate increase, but not a ton. Larger increase on reta.
Thank you for your response!
