I’m nearly @ desirable weight now, not by BMI but people mention that I’m starting to look skinny.
What would be the best way to wind down from Tirzepatide.
All opinions greatly received be they good or not so.
Thank you all.

Don’t listen to anyone who says you look skinny. If you want to put on healthy weight for you, taper down a little, eat meat, and resistance train.

I have kept my dose that finally got me to my current weight. I do have more of an appetite and crave sugar again, not anything like it was before. I have maintained my weight for over 9 months. I'm afraid if I lower what I take I will start eating everything around me again. #lifetimemeds

GREAT QUESTION and as was said, DON’T listen to people when they hate on you and say “Oh, you’re too skinny now!” In my experience, having lost 30LBS in a little over 3 months with Tirzepatide, those who say that are obese and inflamed haters that don’t want to see anyone else succeed. Tell us what you decide to do and congratulations on your success!

If it were me I would reduce by 0.5 mg a week while keeping a close eye on my hunger and my weight.

Everyone is different but I decided to not have a goal, and just coasted on the same dose until I stopped losing. I stopped at what is a perfect weight, so I plan to just keep coasting. I hit 12 months of tirz in early August, after another 12 months my stash should be thinning out anyways and then I'll reappraise. And of course, if I start gaining at some point I'll adjust as well,
