Which peptide gave you real, noticeable results?

I'm kind of surprised every third thread isn't about epitalon. I ran two twenty-day cycles of it a month apart, which I know is excessive but my epi turned out to be under dosed and I wanted to make good and damn sure I got enough in me to last six months, and also I was bored. So I just ran a second cycle. (First one was 0.75 mg per day, second one was 1 mg per day. 1mg seemed like a good compromise between the people claiming "10 mg per day for 20 days and you'll sleep well" and the people claiming "you fools, you only need 100 MCG, what are you even doing, can you just not read Russian at all??)

My sleep has been absolute garbage since my dearest friend died three years ago, and when my father went, it got even worse. Now I lay down, close my eyes, and five minutes later I'm out cold and stay that way til the alarm goes off. I'm absolutely amazed. I have three years worth at a 20 day 1mg per day cycle 2x per year, and am stressed because I never, ever want to run out. And also it might maybe possibly make me live longer? Shoot, I hoarded KLOW for less evidence of a smaller promise than that!
I read something that the russian version was testing a variant that was somehow stronger and thats why they were at mcg instead of mg, im planning to start a cycle as soon as it comes in and was gonna do 5mg a day for 20 days but may just have to do 1mg and see how that goes. When are you dosing your epi by chance? Morning vs afternoon im not seeing much on

other way around--the Russian version was supposedly weaker. people DO do 5 mg per day and it doesn't seem to hurt anybody, but I got plenty of benefit from 1. And I am WILDLY inconsistent with my dosing time of day. It's "when I remember I haven't yet today, which might be ten am, noon, five, or nine thirty." Never felt any difference.

Yea I read correctly but typed out wrong, thats what I get for browsing the fourms at midnight. Might just have to start at .5mg then and see how that does though.

DSIP had zero effect on me no matter how much I took. Lucky you!

Reta has been wonderful to me in so many ways. Aside from the weight loss, it bumped up my energy a ton and makes it so much easier getting through 12.5 hour shifts where I may not get a chance to eat. I also really like MOTS C for energy.
@SITHRE are you getting MOTS C lumps? If NO - what's the secret?

I am not getting the lumps, but I'm also using a really small amount. Like, 1mg per injection. Not sure what dosage you're using but maybe you can try a small dose and titrate your way up? I noticed a difference energy wise at 1mg so never bothered going beyond that.

Good thinking, I will lower the dose. Now I'm also noticing bad reactions to Glutathione. Using hospira, so not a BAC water thing. I think I am one of those super sensitive souls. SIGH.

I've been on a cycle of GHK-Cu for about 7 weeks. 2mg. I pin in the side of my butt to avoid the spice.

My ass has never felt better.
Are you pinning 2mg per day or every other day? Have you noticed any other benefits? 😆

Tirz has been amazing for me, but I think I need to reduce my dose from 5mg, back down to 2.5. In 2 months, I've lost 37 pounds as I have absolutely zero desire for food and forget to eat several days a week. Started at 178, now 141.

Ghk-cu I've only been using for about 3 weeks, and havent noticed anything yet, but its more of a long haul pep, so im not expecting much for a few more months.

Just started tesa a few days ago...again, havent noticed anything yet, but its not been long enough to notice anything.

Tesamorlin! All day! Muscle tone, sleep, fat percentage down.
Bpc/tb500 also helped me cut the orthopedic dr’s estimated recovery time in half.
Mots-c I didn’t see a difference until I ran a month of ss31, then a month of mots-c.
Ghk-cu has may skin and hair looking 10yrs younger too!!!
I think the efficacy of these peptides will have a lot to do with where you are in life. A 20yr old won’t see much from an hgh secretagogue or something like Ghk-cu but if your darn near 50 I bet you will
Apologies, I know you wrote this a while ago, but I'm doing some research on adding tesa and ghk-cu to my stack (40 y/o female). Can you tell me a little about your stack, what you're using and what you pin and when? Or any details you feel like sharing regarding your results/routine with the peps mentioned in this post 🙂 Thanks <3

So far i've only tried Tirz and it has far exceeded my expectations! Further research needed before I delve into anything else at the moment but plenty of info on here to get to any decision.

Currently on CJC1295 Ipamorelin where I notice great recovery from workouts and deeper sleep.
NAD+ has done nothing for me.

Just ordered Reta and Mots-c, hoping for better fat loss and energy!

Been on KLOW for the last 4 weeks, Reta and CJC/Ipa last 2 weeks.

Holy shit Reta works. Can’t understate how easy it is to follow my diet w/ reduced food cravings.

Jury is still out for the other two blends. I’ve had two surgeries on my hip and it aches from time to time. Haven’t been particularly fatigued for it to flare up, so I don’t know if KLOW is doing what I had hoped.

Anybody have other recs for that kind of aching, chronic, joint pain?

I like cartalax for joint health. I have some shoulder issues and it helps a lot.

I keep trying KLOW for different pains and injuries and I'm always disappointed.

Tesamorlin 1.5mg 5x a week right before bed - stop eating at least 2hrs before bed
Ghk-cu 2mg 3x a week I use to take in the AM but have switched to taking it with the tesa before bed. Testing which time is better
Mots-c 2mg 3x a week in the AM
KPV 500mcg 5x a week PM
BPC 500mcg 5x a week AM
Tb500 500mcg 3x a week AM
Recovery has improved dramatically. I have been able to push workouts and long runs harder and bounce back quicker.
Sleep has improved, deeper more restful
Energy has improved, although that’s never been an issue.
Inflammation has gone way down. I was cold plunging almost daily to keep inflammation at bay and now I cold plunge 1-2x a week. KPV has been a game changer for inflammation.
Hair is fuller, skin less wrinkles and is smooth.
Muscle tone and fat loss. I have leaned out a bit and put on muscle.
So far this stack has been great. Every 90 days I will take a break from all for a couple weeks to reset. I am still experimenting with the intervals but have enjoyed the results.
Got my bloodwork done before starting the stack and get it done every 6 months. Now that it’s been a while I may go to once a year.
Hope this helps.
If you have any other questions please feel free to ask or message me.
I hope you have the same if not a better experience on your peptide journey.

We do 1mg 2-3 times per week. Game changer.
Hubby has gone from me having to beat with a baseball bat to wake up in the AM to popping out of bed early (on his own). My sleep went from constant waking in the night (don't talk to me until my second cup of coffee) to a solid 8 hours and waking feeling perky and able to converse before my first cup of coffee.
We are definitely keeping a few kits in the freezer from here on out.

@foffspam111 I have been trying to reply to this and thank you for the detailed response but I got stuck in some sort of re-quoting hell because I am still learning how to use this site lol.
Anyway...THANK YOU so much for this response. Wondering what your activity level/workout routine is like?

Absolutely! The details are important in this arena.

Run 6-10 miles 5/6x a week unless I’m on a training block for a race then the mileage is more.

Stretch/yoga/foam roll/meditation 30-90min 5/6x a week. At my age I can’t skip this. I have tried and my body reminds me via injuries and soreness that this is a mission critical step. The meditation at the end is always great. After you have cooled down, done your final stretch, it’s an easy transition to following your breathe for a few minutes. Or 30🤣

Calisthenics/body weight training 30-60 min 2/3x a week.
Air bike/road bike trainer 30-60min 2/3x a week

I drink perfect aminos mixed berry powder 2 scoops in 12-16oz of water before runs most days. This does not break the fast or interfere with autophagy. Which is the main goal of the 20-4 interment fasting for me.

If a run is over 10miles I’ll throw in keto xl pouches 1 every 6miles.

I fast and eat between 2-6pm everyday.
Protein/fat only carbs are from some veggies.

Kids are grown, tv and movies don’t interest me a whole lot so I guess the above is my hobby?
My wife and daughter say I’m like a toddler, if I’m not moving I’m sleeping. 😂

Wow, ok, you're def next leveling over there 😉

I have an 8 y/o at home so currently that is my main hobby. Looking forward to the season you're in!

Also a huge fan of perfect aminos! My morning cocktail is 1 scoop unflavored PA, two scoops creatine (10mg total) and a lemonade salt LMNT packet.

Thanks again for your detailed response, friend!

What dosage are you using Cartalax? I’ve seen 2-4mg per day for 20 day cycle.

I think that the three GLP1s have a proven track record. We know they work. So I'll skip them.

KLOW for healing, I am absolutely in less pain since I started using it. I can't say which element of this compound did the trick, but I don't care. It was worth the money and I have plenty of it remaining. My back pain is completely gone and the pain in my knees is greatly reduced. While I'm sure that losing weight has helped .. I don't think that I've lost enough for it to be this successful this quickly.

NAD+ for sleep. I have a long history of insomnia and taking this has given me better sleep. I started taking as a part of the NAD+, SS-31 and MOTS-C protocol. I have no idea if it is helping my mitochondria or not. I can't say if this is going to help everyone with insomnia or if it will improve the sleep quality of people who don't have insomnia .. all I can say for certain is that it has helped me.
I take an oral NAD supplement but now I want to do subQ after reading this. I am currently using DSIP + CJC at bedtime but plan on adding IPA since it is part of the sleep protocol. I have terrible insomnia and take endless supplements that have helped but not too drastically.

I was thinking about starting a thread on which suppliers of a specific manufacturer of Reta seems to works best, but decided against it. Right now I do have a favorite and a second. I'll be ordering 3-R30 or 2-R50 kits from one of them.

From my very limited experiences so far:

Tirz - Lost 20kg with this over 6months, and have since stalled, but it defo had a massive effect to get the 20kg off.

Mots-c - Been using this for a few weeks. Use this twice a week on my 5k run days, and my runs are much more enjoyable, it's not making me fitter, but I'm getting a lot less tired and don't feel like I'm about to die after. Very noticeable. Not sure I'll want to go back to running without it.

Cjc+Ipa - This has had positive/negative effects but very noticeable for me. Been using it for the last week, and I've gone into much deeper sleeps, but I'm having dreams like crazy and my mind races whilst I'm asleep, so that's kinda exhausting. My recovery seems to have improved noticeably already, I train each body part every 4days roughly as they get sore and are a bit weaker if I go more often than that, but I've tested training them every 2-3 days since being on it, and they feel great and feel like they're fully rested. I'll go back to training them every 4 days as it's more beneficial, but I could go more often if I wanted to now based on what Cjc+Ipa is doing.

Strangely, I've been on Reta for about 3weeks and I feel it's doing absolutely nothing, at 2mg. I'm still taking 5mg of Tirz to keep my appetite in check, but I want to taper fully off Tirz onto Reta, but the 2mg I've added in has done or changed nothing in any noticeable way whatesoever.

The last thread on peptides that didn't work had some interesting patterns.

I think it would be interesting to hear the opposite:
What peptide actually worked for you?
What did you notice and how long did it take?

For me, I noticed results from reta within the first week and I have been steadily losing weight
Reta, tirz, mt2

I genuinely feel the effect of GLPs within 30-60 mins. Can't relate to people who build dosages over time to achieve any effect

I get constant lumps from Mots-C that last two or three days. I am pinning 5 mg. I read that my 5/16" may not be going deep enough, so I'm going to try 1/2"

You are braver than I! Let me know how it goes. If I did that, it would probably just be a deeper lump!! 🤣
