Reta. Im 110lbs down
That's AWESOME!!! That is no minor matter. Fantastic. I'm down 70 pounds and at my goal weight. I wish I could say it's been life changing, but my other health issues are front and center. However, it is nice to be at the proper weight.Reta. Im 110lbs down
HasThe last thread on peptides that didn't work had some interesting patterns.
I think it would be interesting to hear the opposite:
What peptide actually worked for you?
What did you notice and how long did it take?
For me, I noticed results from reta within the first week and I have been steadily losing weight
Has to be reta! Results after 3 weeks, changing daily, amazing resultsThe last thread on peptides that didn't work had some interesting patterns.

tell us! thank you lolI was thinking about starting a thread on which suppliers of a specific manufacturer of Reta seems to works best, but decided against it. Right now I do have a favorite and a second. I'll be ordering 3-R30 or 2-R50 kits from one of them.

I was wondering the first couple time if it was placebo but the first 2-3 times something for sure hit within that time frame. Didnt filter mine maybe its the lead and moldReta, tirz, mt2
I genuinely feel the effect of GLPs within 30-60 mins. Can't relate to people who build dosages over time to achieve any effect
tell us! thank you lol

So, once you lose weight, why do you need to take Tesa CJC IPA and Mots?Reta - My journey started with Reta and as most people know it definitely works to set you on a path for change.
(Preworkout / AM)
5Amino
Mots-C
NAD
These are a game changer for me for a preworkout or AM stack. The “clean energy spike” I get from this stack is amazing. Typically workout early AM, but on days where a workout might come in the afternoon, I will do a 2nd dose of 5Amino as a preworkout kick, definitely works with an energy boost.
Tesa - Added this after dropping 35-40 lbs on Reta. Leveled off my weight loss and focused on enhanced body recomp. Amazing sleep with Tesa as well as continued and compounding results in recomping my body. Vascularity is off the charts for my with this and midsection on point.
CJC/IPa - I initially tried this prior to Tesa, initially liked it great sleep and felt good working out. About 5-6 weeks in, it really impacted my joints and for the first time since being on any of these protocols felt like I was going back to pre-peptide state feeing wise. So I subsided and replaced this with Tesa and never looked back.
Misc Tried
AOD - Used for a cycle although it seemed like I was getting benefits, I was including it as part of my AM stack so I couldn’t fully determine if there was specific benefits from it. Since put it on hold.
PT141 - Took a few times to figure out right dose. Once I did, I can confirm it does work. BUT, even that benefit and stuff I get like a groggy feeling the next day or so. Kinda of like a lingering cold that only last for the day post dosing. So for me the benefits don’t really push me to use it because of how I feel afterwards.
That’s a start, tried a few others but the above has been in my protocols for 1-1.5 yrs

There was a discussion about this topic not too long ago on J5. Strangely, there seemed to be a group consensus, with a clear #1, #2 and #3.I was thinking about starting a thread on which suppliers of a specific manufacturer of Reta seems to works best, but decided against it. I have chronic lower back pain from disc issues as well. I have CJC and IPA that I’ve yet to start but this gives me hope that I can reverse the pain.CJC 1295 + Ipamorelin
This completely removed the inflammation around my herniated disc instantly
Gave me the strength to get back to workouts and runs which hopefully when I go off have strengthened the abs and area enough that my disc can heal

Make sure you get electrolytes. To much water was flushing my sodium out per blood tests. I like Gatorade Free, but usually use Liquid IV. I split the packet between to Gatorade bottles, as Liquid IV is 500mg sodium. Gatorade is 250.Retatrutide, it's the only peptide I take but I took it very serious changed my diet because rhe reta made it very easy to stucl to it. Starter at 2mg felt ok had a little head ache on and off the first week as well as feeling off or sluggish but I adjusted my water intake and made sure to eat enough calories. And here we are 8 or 9 weeks later I'm down 25lbs + and weel after week body fat is going down and muscle is going up(the initial first 2 weeks I lost like 10 or 12 pounds and I lost quite a bit of muscle). I'm happy I decided to get on reta now I'm going to research an exit strategy I'm going to attempt to taper off and maintain. I'm going to gice myself another 2-4 months on reta before I start this "exit plan" I havent created yet.
Shoot me a DM on who. I've got a bunch from him, but he's got expensive. I have another that's really smooth product. Thanks. There was a discussion about this topic not too long ago on J5. Strangely, there seemed to be a group consensus, with a clear #1, #2 and #3.
Prices there for #2 are almost double of #3.
#1 was dropped by J5, but that’s what I’m on, luckily I found a GB for this vendor.
This advice is good. I had a break in vertebrae and long story short, for about 15 years, was dealing with pain, numb leg, all kinds of medicine, etc. Was avoiding the recommendation to take a piece of hip bone out and fuse between two discs. Anyway, I got one of those shot in back. That allowed me to stretch and work core. Amazingly, pain went away and didn’t need any more shots. It’s been 9 years. Doctor tells me it’s not even fully understood, but guys like me can all of sudden not have pain, because of becoming super flexible and very strong core, despite a structural problem. And this was the simple wisdom from to me, the best spin place in country (Stanford spine clinic). Now he was expecting that I might need surgery and the shots every 6-12 months. But it goes to show, it’s worth a shot. A shot will remove the pain enough to stretch and work core. Finally, I feel on HGH, it is making another injury heal faster, so good luck with the equivalent.Touched my toes for the first time in 6 years recently
Once the pain was gone I started on the abs and everything else to strengthen up. Worked on posture.
Then worked on hamstring stretches, sitting on the floor, but against the wall feet straight out which caused so much pain on its own. But then slowly over time I was able to stretch forward in that position.
I’m happy, hope this helps
