Wierd KLOW no pain?

Oh my god. Warm up the SYRINGE, not the vial!! I've never tried letting the med come to room temp, because I don't want my vial to go through temp swings.

When I fail to think of something really obvious at work, I exclaim "Holy sh, remember when I used to be smart?" I am feeling that right now. 😂
Maybe this helps?

As I sit here, watching how-to videos on how to recon and filter into a pen cartridge, and realize that it's about to be a moot point when I switch to pens. But I think I have my plan; <13mg/ml concentration for the GHK-Cu, and if that doesn't work, googling "massage gun" and getting one off Amazon and just accepting that my algorithm will offer me advertisements for sex toys for a month afterward. And if that doesn't work, then all that PLUS the three pokes, and if that doesn't work, just shrugging and going "Yep, KLOW's like that for me" and doing it anyway cause I want my blue hail-mary against loose skin as my weight comes off.

I tried it today and I still have a moderate (3-4) amount of pain. I also heard from some others that diluting further by adding more BAC water helps also. I already used 3mL, maybe I try adding another .5mL 🤷‍♂️
did adding more help?? I'm about to recon my first KLOW

I started with ghk-cu from sry. I think I got the double dose error batch. Never had any stinging when injecting into abdomen. 15 minutes later a dull ache about a 2 out of 10. I started making KLOW 80 and injecting it into different areas where old injuries are located. My left side swimmers shoulder was first because it the most painful and kept me from lifting weights. The post injection ache was about a 4 out of 10. After 3 weeks my shoulder seemed almost cured!!!!! I have been able to weight lift again!!. Second was my right hip. I started injecting it my upper glutes near the pain spot. There was almost no post injection pain!! After 2 weeks I have not noticed much improvement with my hip injury and my right side swimmer's shoulder was bugging me. Today I injected in the right shoulder and holy crap!!!!!! Post injection pain is at least 8 out of 10. It is hard to type this!! Remember the amount of ghk-cu in my KLOW 80 is most likely double normal.

I just pinned, and ZERO PAIN! yay. I did 5ml and just started with small dose just in case..
But I had such a hard time with the filters! I went through 3 of them the first two got blocked somehow and right when I needed to filter, nothing would go through!
Any reason this would happen, am I doing something wrong?

So I have tried 3 vendors and got 3 singles vials from them, my mix is
50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500, 10 mg KPV.
Each dose of 10 units gives me
2.5 mg GHK-Cu, 500 mcg BPC-157, 500 mcg TB-500, 500 mcg KPV.

Like I said 3 single vials from Random vendors and most people complain about pain I on the other hand have just a small amount of pain that I would call in a scale 1 to 10 a 1 if that.

Not understanding why I have no pain, cant be 3 bunk vials.
From my own research, GHKcu is the cause of pain/ISR. The BPC-157 supposedly helps reduce this significantly. The amount of BAC you use can also reduce this. There are also about 10-15% of people who just don’t get pain with GHKcu.

I'd wait to celebrate; every morning, I pin deep, rub it in, feel no pain, and celebrate and am sure that THIS way worked. Every night, I'm hurting and bruised. Though I did have two days where I did my upper thigh, closer to inner than outer, and no reaction. I might go back to that.

thank you! where do you pin it?
Same thing happened to me. I call myself injecting in my shoulder it hurt sooo bad all day. Nothing relieved it. Next day pain was better. Now I do my stomach, thigh, hip.

I’ve been doing subcutaneous in shoulder and zero pain. I’m doing anela (sp) protocol with 3ml to reconstitute 50mg ghkcu along with 10mg bpc157/tb500. I didn’t do her suggested micro injections (3 small injections close together) and instead just inject the whole 11 units at once. No pain so far at all.

What is the anela protocol?

Uhhh... I did not refrigerate my KLOW, or BAC before recon. . I just saw this recommendation in the protocals page. What can go wrong?
Also why pin in fasted state?
Bacteria propagate in warmth, therefor, refrigeration reduces the risk of bacteria propagating. You should refrigerate your peptides before and after reconstitution for the same reason + light can cause degradation (reduced quality and effectiveness), and a fridge is not only cold, but also dark. Do not freeze them however, just refrigerate BAC water and peptides to preserve them and prevent contamination from bacteria.

Yes Of course, I do know all that. It was the instruction that I needed to Pre-refrigerate the lypholized Vial, and the Bac water ( which I read you arent supposed to do) before reconstituting them, that they "must be cold when mixed". This I hadn't heard before, and question.
Also pinning KLOW fasted?? Does it make a difference?

Maybe I miss understood. I’m not sure about pinning in a fasted state either.

So far 2 out of 3 times zero pain, zero bruising. The 2cd I had to insert 3 places to find the painless spot. I think that's the key for me; if painless, then no bloodvessels are harmed. I am using the 8mm pen needle and pushing down, and going really slowly to let it absorb. I hope that process keeps it painless, as I am a total baby.

I mix 1ml bac with GHK-Cu, .5ml bac with KPV, .5ml bac with BPC, .5ml bac with TB and add .5ml lido/epi. I then inject all into a pen cartridge. If you are not comfortable using a pen yet buy 5ml sterile vials off Amazon and inject all into there so you only have to do 1 pin.

I didn't get to try my "thing of the day to make Klow not hurt ten hours later and leaves a huge bruise," because my work-wife came over to do drugs and we got to yapping. (Today's idea was "pin deep, and then go for a run.") So I guess I'll try that tomorrow.

HOWEVER, I'm currently working off a kit from Amino Lair that's:

GHK-Cu: 53.89 mg
KPV: 9.40 mg
BPC-157: 8.37 mg
Thymosin Beta4: 8.89 mg

That's 67-12-10-11. And yeah, ok, of course it hurts; it's more than 2/3 GHK-Cu. And if actual klow isn't supposed to hurt that bad, then maybe bringing the others up will ease that. But I don't really feel like buying three different kits just to try it out. I'm thinking about just grabbing a kit of KPV and upping that until the GHK-Cu comes down to 50%. I haven't done the math on that, but there is a myriad of tools that can help me do that.

That'd give me 50-34-7.8-8.2. And since adding KPV to Glow is supposedly the thing that stops it from hurting so much, it stands to reason that adding MORE KPV to bring down the GHK-Cu would be worth a cycle or two to check out; and if it works, fine, I'll collect a kit of the other two.

How stupid or reckless does this sound? Everything I've read about KPV...oh shoot, that means getting that at a safe dosage of 0.5 mg means the ghk-cu would be at 1 mg instead of 2. Well hell. Never mind, I answered my own question, I'll buy the other two. But Ima hit "post reply" anyway, in case others are thinking about being cute and figuring out how to decide whether you're being cute or dumb.

thats probably the same as mine. I reconned with 5ml bac.

Also, since this is the current KLOW mega thread: I look so pretty, y'all. It's been just under two weeks, and my skin looks DIFFERENT. That might be the fact that I've been using adaptalene reliably for twelve weeks, it might be the fifteen pounds I've lost, it might be the IPL treatments I do ever month or so, it might be the antiinflammatory effects of tirz on the swelling around my eyes, it might be my own everyday examination of my face looking to see if the KLOW is making it any prettier and the placebo effect of thinking it is....or it might be the KLOW. I sure hope it is, because a) the bruises on my butt had better be FOR something, and b) if it's the klow, then the effect will get stronger over time, and yay!

Mega thread, I like it!

I am on week 5 of KLOW myself. Have been really hitting gym hard for about 3 months, trying to be strong like it is 1998 again. I will say I get sore, but whatever of the four parts of KLOW is doing its job is putting in extra hours! I work out with my wife and our (professional trainer/gym owner) friend. We are all over 40 and fighting a broken hip as hard as we can! 🤣🤣 my weights are going up with training as they should, but recovery is so much faster. Monday was back and biceps. Wednesday they were both complaining of bicep soreness and I was good! Also, tennis elbow was awful in right arm. Pain and limited mobility gone with increased training. This one thing kept me from going heavy, zero pain now. Crazy! No days off from KLOW for me. Need to load up on kits, get a month out of one vial, seven left in freezer…

I've got a kit from Amino Lair that's

GHK-Cu: 53.89 mg
KPV: 9.40 mg
BPC-157: 8.37 mg
Thymosin Beta4: 8.89 mg

And another two kits from GYC where it's even more overbalanced in favor of the GHK-Cu, but SUPER overfilled. I had a recommended-to-me group buy that does half kits, so I got a half-kit each of the KPV, BPC-157, and TB4. I'm going to finish out two vials of the one I'm using (60 days), then 30 days off. On the next one, I'll add the others to match the 50-10-10-10 ratio for the next cycle.

I think if I had it to do over again, I'd have bought them all separately and mixed to the right ratio from the get-go and have less complication; like literally everyone recommends. But oh well, this is the price I pay for being overeager.
