VENDOR REVIEW XTP Xi'an Taiye Chemical

I’m a fan of trying out new vendors from time to time with small orders. I placed mine with Bella on 1/13. She was helpful, quick to respond, and provided COAs for most of what I asked for.

On 1/14 she sent tracking, and my order arrived in Mexico on 1/22...... which is remarkable for my country. Customs here are very strict, and shipments often run into problems when vendors don’t know the right lines. That wasn’t the case at all here. Between the smart packaging and the line they used, everything cleared perfectly.

The package was extremely well packed, and the whole process went smoothly. I would not hesitate to order again.

Late post but worth it

So I ordered from Bella , it was first order so was a little caution but let me tell you , Bella is a gem , communicated well , sets the expectations

Ordered on 5th Feb , received shipping on 6th , got my order on 10th in Thailand , this was quick as local delivery

Please note this was pre ordered before the CNY , have placed my second order already with her and my friends here also have ordered and we have received our new shipping too , the best part is I got R10 which I am pinning right now because she has the COA available which is a ++++

Hello all, I orded with Emma who was really quick to reply to any questions and laid out the steps for the process. From ordering to door drop, it took 12 days and the tracking came 2 days after order. Really happy with the flash sales they do and free shipping once you spend the required amount. If the items I want are on a flash sale again, I will be going bakc to Emma
🙂

I ordered from Emma through email on April 2nd. I got a picture of what was being sent the next day. Then a day after that I got my tracking number.
It shipped out via GLY on 4/5. Once it got to the US it went through customs within HOURS on 4/7. Worked it's way through the GOFO shipping service where they delivered it to me on 4/10.
I was nervous when I saw GOFO was the carrier because there are a lot of horror stories about them losing packages or just throwing them into front yards but the delivery girl carefully placed it at my doorstep.
I am impressed with XTP's ability in getting my order to me without any issues. It seems like they know what they're doing in regards to custom clearance.
As for my products, it was carefully packaged and everything managed to come up clear after reconstitution. After using my research products over the past few weeks, everything seems to work just fine. I definitely recommend this source.

I placed an order with Bella from XTP for few items that she had on specials last month.
Placed the order. On 4/5/26
4/7/27 she replied with info how to send the funds
4/7/28 I send a small deposit to confirm that she received it
4/8/26 received an email from her that she received the small deposit
4/8/26 I send the full payment
I send few msgs checking the status and finally on
4/21/26 I received the tracking number
I wait until the 4/24/26 to send her another email cause the msg I was getting regarding the tracking was:”
Bella,
The message I m getting regarding my package is:
“Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier”
4/25/26 I get her response:Let me ask my freight forwarder
4/28/26 package got some movement(arrived at origin facility, Mainland China)
5/3/26: received the package

I took video of opening and verifying what is inside. Everything look good until I open one kit and a vial of Reta was missing!!!
Overall happy that I received the package but very disappointed with the communication and overall service with XTP and Bella.

So buyers beware dealing with them!!

Personally, I think they are resellers that offer COA’s with your order, their package is discrete, they send you a picture of the goods and paperwork with your order before shipping, they provide you with the tracking number etc
XTP failed to do all the above and I m missing a vial!!

UPDATE
I got an email today from Bella offering a refund for cost of one of the vials or she can include it next time I will order.
I m surprised that she reach out, I guess it’s worth it to leave a review on this forum!!!

Based on that , I give Bella an A for service.

I understand it’s not her fault but still there is room for improvement when you compare with the other resellers.

Order placed with Bella through TG on 11th May
Tracking received 13th
Parcel arrived 19th (UK)

Can't fault the process, good comms throughout and parcel well packaged. Haven't pinned it yet as awaiting test results, will update.

I ordered from Emma in March. The order took about three weeks to get here except for one package that seemed to have an address issue. It finally made it here at about the 6 week mark. One of the products was a lower dosage than what I had ordered and paid for so Emma refunded the difference right away. Tests all seem to be good. I would order again.

I want to share a recent experience for transparency and safety purposes within the peptide community regarding XTP.

I recently sent 4 different peptides from XTP out for independent laboratory verification testing. Unfortunately, 2 of the 4 failed identity testing and were not what they were labeled as.

One product labeled as Tirzepatide reportedly contained no detectable Tirzepatide at all. Another product sold as KLOW reportedly tested as GHK-CU only.

When I contacted XTP, they acknowledged they were already aware of an issue with at least one of the products and stated that the freight company had allegedly switched products during shipping. So why didn't they reach out to everyone who bought that product ( Tirz) and let them know there was a problem? I feel they have some dishonest business practices. They offered a refund for the products themselves, but initially refused to reimburse the laboratory testing costs. The total testing expense was approximately $900, with roughly $450 tied to the two failed products.

It was only after I informed them that I intended to share my experience publicly on the peptide forums that they agreed to reimburse the testing-related losses.
