I don’t have any faith in Yura at HYB
I ordered 9th Oct and paid and had payment confirmation the next morning . I was told my products would be shipped later that day ( UK delivery) and I would receive a tracking number . I received a tracking number 4 days later .
In the meanwhile a few friends I know also ordered but they received theres between 7 & 10 days later .
Here we are on 1 Nov ( 23 days later ) and my parcel still hasn’t turned up .
Communication with Yura is very poor . Same copy and paste messages and reluctant to reship telling me to wait another week but still I know others who have ordered and got theirs .
In my opinion I would stay away from ordering from Yura as once something goes wrong he has no interest of sorting it out

If your order is being shipped internationally from China, sometimes it simply takes longer to arrive than anticipated and isn't necessarily a reflection on the company or sales rep. It's important to remember that these vendors are not Amazon. They can't control every little aspect of the transportation, logistics, and customs processes, and often they have no more access to information concerning the status of a shipment than your or I do once it has been handed off and is in transit. Sometimes things just take longer than expected and usually it's nobody's fault.

Frankly, I have zero issue when a vendor refuses to send a re-shipment or offer a refund or other alternatives on an international shipment until a minimum of 30 days have passed.

We got it to Denmark in 2 weeks, but other orders can be 3-4 weeks.
Which is 'normal' for China.
Patience is needed when shopping grey.

Just wait I Have had packages take over 1 month to get to me, it all depends on customs and available flights out of China.

Also remember the time difference. If you message them in the morning they probably won't get back to you until later at night because they're sleeping or off work.

Sounds like your 1st china order. Sometimes it takes me 10 days and sometimes 25 days. If UK customs are like the US your neighbors package may go right through and yours may sit 3 to 12 days. I bet it will show up next week. What's your tracking say? Also count from the day u got tracking not when you paid.... its also normal for them to ignore emails if u inquire more than once or twice after they said "check's in the mail" until u hit 30 days.

Yup, a good month before I'll even contact the vendor and when I do it's in easy to understand non conversational English. "Lost Package" tends to get their attention (again, after a month). It allows vendor to save face if the package was never sent by telling you they'll reship.

It helps to put peptide shopping in the same completion expectation category as getting a sofa reupholstered, contractor remodel, sending electronic out for repair etc.

Excellent point. They don't get 6 7.... or sup bff.... they say "Oh we don't have those peptides"... Or where's my shit? They'll say we only sell peptide... no shit...u try klow.
