I saw Cerebrolysin advertised in 60mg in 6 vials, in several vendors list here. Are these genuine? What are your opinions on them?

Original Cerebrolysin liquid is a cocktail of porcine neural proteins, naturally occurring. Low molecular weight compounds able to cross the blood brain barrier. I’ve seen defenders of the lyophilized powder (typically marketed in 60 mg vials, 6 to a kit) state that it’s the same compound, just freeze dried, and they’ve seen testing to that effect. I do question that, especially if reconning with BAC. Cerebrolysin has sodium hydroxide excipient along with sterile water, making the pH critical. So I’m not sure of the efficacy of reconned powder. The second issue is the total dose delivered - Cerebrolysin is 1075 mg in a 5 ml ampoule (standard concentration is 215 mg/ml) vs 60 mg total in a vial. How do you compare the two?

does anyone have any experience with "ceravate" tablets? cerebrolysin pills, from intas, the pharma manufacturer that produces cerebrolysin for south asia.
Has anybody tried the P-21 adamantane?

hey everyone. I read through this thread and I'm still a little unclear about the filtering part. are you all filtering as you first draw from the glass ampule or filtering as you do the IM injection?

I filtered twice:
1. First, I used a filter needle to draw the cerebro out of the ampoule. In my mind, this caught any potential glass shards.
2. Next, I got rid of that needle and put on a syringe filter and a regular luer lock needle and filtered into a new syringe (with no needle on, you can inject right into the top of a luer lock syringe)
I bought the 10mL size but only wanted to use 5mL each day, so in step 2, I actually filtered into two syringes, put fresh needles on them with the caps still on, and put one in the fridge for the next day. That worked well for me.
I love this stuff! My brain fog went away and I felt sharp again! It's such a disgusting idea, injecting something made of pigs' brains into my glutes, but man, it worked for me.
