1 Month KPV Update

I just ordered some KPV. Mostly because I continue to get red irritated places around injection site of GHK cu, no matter now much I dilute it. Also am going to start MOTS c in about 10 days from now and Keep hearing people say they get worse injection site issues than with GHK cu. I'm only doing 2mg GHK cu and it doesn't sting or burn or anything mow, just makes a red itchy spot for a couple of days.
Have you tried pinning in upper buttcheeks? I got a bit of redness around the injection site only when I pinned GHK-Cu in the stomach area, but none in the butt. I have already gone thru like 60mgs.
I get a bit of stinging each time, regardless of the injection site, but it's always the least stingy in the butt (and what's funny, much less in the left one than the right one, lol!)

I get the No oil reasoning..for a period of time to improve weightloss. I agree with the poly 6 being worse.. I just want to see if there is any proof that seed oils are causing health problems. Coconuts are seeds and it's oil is highly saturated even causing ldl numbers to rise, yet not counted.. I avoided all oil for a time, but now include small amounts of EVOO.
The scientific consensus is that seed oils are healthy and a part of a healthy diet, as well as vegetable oils. Rapeseed oil, linseed oil, grapeseed oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, olive oil, avocado oil, etc. have a great fatty acid profile, low in saturated fats, and high in unsaturated fats, which promotes cardiovascular health and lowers LDL, unlike butter or lard, which should be consumed in great moderation.

Olive oil is great for frying (just don't go very high on the temperature), contrary to what many believe and is very stable at temperatures not exceeding 180-210 celcius. So is rapeseed oil or avocado oil.

All metaanalyses, systematic and umbrella reviews confirm that using seed oils and vegetable oils benefits your health.
These have the highest scientific value, as they review total scientific research on the issue, and are not just single research with questionable methodology.

Someone above in the thread wrote about feeling bad after consuming seed oils while eating off a food truck at an outing. It's not the seed oils, it's the processed food, with unbalanced fat content prepared in less than clean conditions. Blaming feeling bad on seed oils is not seeing where the problem really is.

Lots of gbs sold KPV 30 recently or currently sell it. The one I bought is still open. IFYKYK. It's very easy to find them imho.

Edit: one is going to do KPV 60 in a few days.
Found the kpv60 gb, now I need like a lot of people to order that. Not a lot a lot, but enough 😂

The late John McDougall, MD collected research that favored a low-fat, zero-oil diet, accusing the American Heart Association of taking money to look the other way in regards to "healthy" fats.

In any case, no real consensus in nutrition science for anything except for a plant-based diet.

"The fish oil diet and the safflower oil diet had induced, respectively, 10- and 4-fold more metastases (number) and over 1000- and 500-fold more metastases (size) than were found in the livers of rats on the low-fat diet."
