Love how you measure your kcal in chickens 😂Ahahaha. I was always a math nerd. Then I got really good at solve for x from dieting, 140 cal per 85g rotisserie chicken, so 200g = ? I just add ingredients, write the grams, tare the scale and add more, do the math last.
I have a little binder/planner that lives in my purse (and a hole punch for when I need extra pages) where I track EVERYTHING like a psychopath, separated with tabs and everything, color coded. Daily calories, average calories per week, daily weight, a graph of weight by week, dosing schedule and amounts, what constitution each vial is/ how I plan to make it to keep my doses small as mg go up. Lists of sellers with ratings and how to contact them based on breadcrumbs I follow. List of daily meds and a tracker for if I took them. Different glp-1's with pros and cons (started with sema and I'm sticking with it til it doesn't work, been about a month). List of different food prepped meals I made for the week and their macros. Food diary.
And that's just the section for weight loss.
Kind of similar to my financial decision making: If I don’t buy this thing I don’t need… I can buy X buckets of protein powder
