Nexaph testing

I have never used SNP's products. I can't comment on their quality. However, Cain has established that he cannot be trusted. I am unlikely to ever buy from them.
Can cain address why:
1. he went from small moq that were in stock on the website and pre vendor tested
to
2. Mostly prebuys that won't get vendor tested until after the product is received.
This shift in methodology does cause me somewhat concern that nexaph actually does not own a finishing operation or is a manufacturer. Instead, it makes me think nexaph is a reseller who simply has close relationships with suppliers in CN that allow custom orders/wholesale pricing. The only logical reason to do a group buy instead would be cash flow problems. I'm sure the answer will probably be to "dial in supply quantities", but that could easily be done with a poll/survey without getting money upfront.
Most vendors are resellers anyway, so not a big deal in my book. Just looking for the truth.

It all makes sense once you stop believing he's a manufacturer and start believing he's a group buy reseller. He has no idea what goes into his products.
Not knowing what is in his products is his entire defense against the histidine fiasco, where he said without hesitation that it was in the reta multiple times and then said oooopsy dooopsy lol nm it was just lousy process. Obviously he isn’t in control of the manufacturing.
I've stated multiple times that our production capacity isn't huge and that we are currently in the process of expanding. This is the reason most of the items currently are pre orders. There is a difference between pre orders and group buys. When the product is scheduled to be produced, we open up the pre orders to a certain amount of kits that are being produced, once they run out they run out. I think you have seen the uptick in demand in our products and can understand why we are doing this model instead currently. I don't see this as an issue because we back our products anyways, so if any issues do arise we address them and re ship them.
For the people asking about the Reta histidine:
Yes i assumed at first that it had histidine since when Jano emailed me stating there is an issue with the testing and an unknown filler had been used, i assumed it was histidine since the other samples that were sent in at the same time did have it. This is why i sent in a sample of the histidine to be tested against it. After confirmation from Jano that histidine was not present in the Reta, we went ahead and re produced the batch and sent it out to everyone.

There's a nice trick to see how much stock he has. Add an in stock product to your cart and set the quantity to 999, it'll automatically adjust to available stock.
His prebuys are infinite stock, so he collects the money and then places the order with whatever chinese vendor he uses. His margins most of the them are less than $100 but more than $50. Probably racking up at least 30k a month flipping chinese peptides.

Yes because doing a pre order and then shipping it out the same week gives me enough time to do all that.
Another non customer that doesn't know what they are talking about.

I personally don't care about this portion of the argument, because I'd pay a bit more to get what I want easily and quickly. They are good at that.
I'm more concerned with the safety of the batches that were sent out. I apologize if this has been talked about already and I missed it, did we ever figure out what was causing the purity issues of the first batches if histidine wasn't the issue?
You should have enough liquidity now have stock on hand. The prebuy is just buying time for slow processing times and avoid customer complaints. And international express shipments takes less than 3 days in the event you do exceed your inventory.

Most likely it was the actual freeze drying process. The process itself is complicated and if any missteps happen it can cause issues. Issues such as having too much residual moisture in the product.
Either way the old product can be tossed if you are not comfortable using it, the new product that shipped already has the testing available for it via the QR code on the package.

Nope. Because he sends the product before we know who’s going to be sending in vials directly to the lab. He can only influence the testing by sending *everyone* good product. And what would be wrong with that? Eh?
IMHO - I'm a 3x customer of Nexa and I'm aware of the history. Cain offers some products as a "pre buy" at a heavily discounted price from other CN or GB sources. The price is increased when they are listed as in stock on the site which is a huge benefit to me. I have my own sheet of trending prices for various peps and sources. Personally, I know if I have an issue of any kind, Cain will work with me towards an acceptable solution. I think it's really a question of personal comfort level for all of us. He has a vested interest in ensuring the safety and efficacy of his products. I think we would be hard pressed to find any of the CN sources (Tracy, Alan, Lisa, Olina, Rebecca, etc.) answering questions Cain has answered. I'm a single mom working harder than an ugly stripper who just wants to be healthy and skinny so be nice y'all
