Please see above commentI would also like to test a vial of AmoPure L60.
For the add-on charge for sterility testing, is it an extra $250 per person? Or $250 split up among all the folks participating?

You are good, got your DM. Thanks!1 vial of L60 for me.
Oh, excellent! I’m definitely in for sterility testing, then. Voted yes.it's $250 per the whole testing group (as in it would be split between everyone).
I had no pucks at all. All my vials were loose powder. I wonder if it matters? Well, testing will make that clear!View attachment 1365Arrived, two vials have broken pucks, not sure that matters.
Order 8/12
Label 8/14
Arrived 8/20
Off to testing soon.
My vials contain no cakes or cracked cakes, just powder that moves freely. Hoping that's normal too.For people wondering about consistency of the product, there was a study done analyzing lyophilized products to determine if the different consistencies had any impact on product quality:

Lyophilized Drug Product Cake Appearance: What Is Acceptable? - PubMed
Cake appearance is an important attribute of freeze-dried products, which may or may not be critical with respect to product quality (i.e., safety and efficacy). Striving for "uniform and elegant" cake appearance may continue to remain an important goal during the design and development of a...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
The general consensus was this (in a really rough context):
- If the material appears to have been dried by atmospheric conditions vs. a freeze drying process then that would be an indication of an issue.
- Atmospheric conditions, which would look like a "fog" (think like hard water on glassware) or dried material sticking to the sides and look like a collapsed product (or maybe a melting visibility), indicating an issue in the freeze drying process, would be cause for concern.
- None of the current pics I have seen indicate that current flaw in freeze drying. Almost everything looks like cakes/cracked cakes, which is completely normal (maybe some rough shipping, but nothing that should effect the product in a negative use case).
There isn't any defining characteristics when you say powder that would make me feel unease at a product. Products clump/stick together, or sometimes don't, there are a lot of external forces that can cause those differentiation's.My vials contain no cakes or cracked cakes, just powder that moves freely. Appreciated! There isn't any defining characteristics when you say powder that would make me feel unease at a product. Products clump/stick together, or sometimes don't, there are a lot of external forces that can cause those differentiation's.
As I said above, if it doesn't look like it's dried atmospherically, then it's probably fine from the aspect of the lyophilization process.
Mine did.I’m in for L60. Looks like it shipped from NEW BRAUNFELS ,TX. Is that where others have come from as well? $60 priority mail shipping through pirateship.com from Texas 🤦♀️
I don't have vials or anything but I do have 10 on testing. Still new don't mind contributingYou are good, got your DM. Thanks!
I don't quite understand what you are saying here, can you clarify what you mean?I don't have vials or anything but I do have 10 on testing. Still new don't mind contributing
You guys are giving me the worst FOMO with this! I have thought about this for days and this is, financially, not in the cards for me, but my GOODNESS I hope this catches on around here because I would love to participate in the future!
I did not receive any DM today. Do you still have me on the list to test 1 vial of T30?DM's sent to everyone that requested in this thread.
Last 24 hours to send me a response in DM's. Thanks all
Apologies, i meant NEW DM's to people who asked went out.I did not receive any DM today. Do you still have me on the list to test 1 vial of T30?
I have you included in the tests, the shipping isn't required until 8/30 (so a week away). If you can't participate don't worry, since everyone will be doing their orders online, if you don't get it in time, just don't put the order in!My shipment still hasnt made it to customs so I doubt Im going to have it on hand in time for this test. Still happy to throw in $10 bucks to support the test.
not full, discountednormally you try to get multiple ppl to contribute funds to make testing more reasonable but I don’t think that is what you are doing here… we are all basically still paying full price for testing
this idea is not a typical group testing, its more like a group discount for testing, as it is for people who wish to test their own vials, but for a better price thanks to this "group tests order discounted price"Much better options elsewhere for group testing imo
If there wasn't a cost savings to be gained, I would have abandoned this LONG ago. Please understand that I'm just a person who likes data on my supply that I receive, and love to save money where I can for quality stuff.normally you try to get multiple ppl to contribute funds to make testing more reasonable but I don’t think that is what you are doing here… we are all basically still paying full price for testing
