@Dionysian
What is the basis for your “hope”? It must be quite substantial!
Disregarding the extensive, expensive research studies that established an effective dosing protocol for Tirzepatide is certainly a choice one can make. The expectation that fractions of a recommended initial dosage...
@Garbo
I believe you are on solid ground here Garbo. I wrote an entire post about my Stranded Peptides and sold off the excess vials with no negative comment from anyone.
...and no, being the Incorrigble Instigator did not grant me special privileges neither :ROFLMAO:
And By The Way...
I've not yet seen credible information on slow-to-dissolve GLP1s.
My thinking is that this is very much a consequence of variations in the type of bulking agent used, or, the way the bulking agent is processed/prepared.
If you've seen vials that contain ONLY the lyophilized peptide you know...
Peptide Gelling
I’ve read about “gelling” and odd non-dissolving peptides but I have no direct experience of it. My impression, possibly incorrect, is that this phenomenon is much more likely to occur with non-GLP1 peptides.
GLP1 Use Before Date
Addressing this ‘issue’ and a similar question...
Thank you! I'm pleased they were helpful Lumpy :-)
The dosing protocol published in Novo Nordisk'sPhase Two study is this:
Weeks 1-4: 0.300mg
Weeks 5-8: 0.600mg
Weeks 9-12: 1.2mg
Weeks 13-16: 2.4mg
Weeks 17+: 4.5mg...
Two slightly different courses of action have worked for me @SLZRdad.
FIRST, when using 10mg Retatrutide doses began to be less effective at suppressing my appetite I stacked 0.300mg of Cagrilintide mid-week. My appetite disappeared completely, and for longer than 7 days.
SECOND, When the...
That's a shame Pep. The QR Code on my Reta 15mg kit works perfectly.
In checking dates I find that I ordered on the 16th of September, and, Janoshik performed the COA only 6 days earlier.
Seems likely to me that the filled vials are labelled with a blank prospective QR Code. This placeholder...
Canine GLOW therapy sounds like good parenting to me @wtgwd
A close friend's dog was restored from near death to hearty good health by accupuncture and herbal remedies from a Chinese-American veterinarian. Seeing this resurrection I had the impulse to book an appointment with that vet for...
I think your Research Dog will benefit from the peptide. My Research Alligator has experienced a notable reduction in chronic lower back pain since beginning the GLOW therapy. I attribute the reduced discomfort to inflammation reduction which is the likely cause of discomfort for your pooch.
Thanks for the story. This illustrates my idea of a good and responsible company. Mistakes are a given. They're going to happen. What the company does AFTER the mistake is the real tell of what they are.
My order was for Retatrutide 12mg via a private GB hosted on a Discord server that interfaced with the Nexa website. Cain is the Nexa rep I dealt with.
And I do understand your concern with the lack of transparency of sources and of the machinations of group buys. Given the nature of Chinese...
I do have more tolerance for risk than the average bear. Nexa today is significantly less risky than AmoPeptide was 4 months ago. And also I was curious and wanted to know more about this new vendor.
"See For Yourself" the Buddha instructed.
LATE ADDITION: "Just watch out about the...
We will never have all the info. The vague assertions may be true or not. If true they may be relevant or not.
Based upon what I know to be true about Nexa, and about the very private Group Buy Managers that are affiliated with them, the products offered are high quality, high purity, and...
I suppose what I was getting at is this: Nexa began labelling recently. Was your Cagrilintide before that time and typically packaged, or was it a batch made later and should have had the more informative labels? You could call and inquire - it would be useful for future purchasers to know the...
Well I can only agree with you both.
I want the Joe Friday facts if they exist. Otherwise it is just gossip and I don't welcome it.
The facts before us are that Shanghai Nexa Pharma have first rate ecommerce capabilities, a US Depot that communicates and delivers quickly, Janoshik COAs in...
FIRST, Shanghai Nexa Pharma are a NEW VENDOR and have only a short history to indicate how they will perform in various circumstances. QSC have quite a long history in our forum and their performance both good and bad is well documented.
SECOND, NEXA's communications responsiveness, ecommerce...
I think I am in complete agreement with all your statements here.
Had I known more about Cagri at the time it is entirely possible I would have stacked it with Tirzepatide and been content.
In re Cagri-Sema, I believe an equal parts blend would be way overkill for me.
Adding 0.300mg of...
You'll have to explain the drama to me @Tomes, I haven't kept up with hesaid-shesaid on this one.
And it does seem to me that you are starting some drama here. Is it necessary?
I've already found that Tirzepatide is not as effective or pleasant for me as Retatrutide is. Not likely that I would step backward.
I am curious though as to the basis for your observation, Red.
I've just received my kit of 12mg Retatrutide from Shanghai Nexa Pharmaceuticals.
Ordered Monday morning at 8:19am and delivered in 3 days and 4 hours from their US depot.
EXCELLENT packaging and the KIT LABEL COMPLETE WITH JANO COA HYPERLINK !
Use your phone camera on the jpg - it WORKS...
I do think you are correct Andy. My own experience with low-dose Cagrilintide is that it provides appetite control equal to or greater than Semaglutide. And it does this WITHOUT the strong gastroparesis OR constipation that I experienced for 10 months on Sema.
If Reta ceases to be of benefit...
Which AmoPure rep was that? His name please?
Stinging caused by Tirzepatide is NOT an expected or common result, and his is an incorrect and unacceptable answer.
Stinging at the injection point that persists is much more likely to be caused by Reconstitution Solution that is not correctly...
Yes, I do. However, Tirz, Reta and Cagrilintide are a different experience than Semaglutide. The three newer peptides eliminate food noise and any physical cravings very well.
Semaglutide has such strong gastroparesis that it seems a very real PHYSICAL BARRIER to eating much.
As a thought...
@milos @Broken Chef @PepOhio @Tyrone Biggums
I also think this situation deserves close watching and have made a strong negative entry on the datasheet. Let some other group invest in buying and testing HYB product for a few months then we'll see.
I have to say that a notable part of this...
QSC will either change or die. The peptide industry, even in China, is moving rapidly to higher quality and greater ecommerce capability. QSC will compete on both or lose its market.
For me, and I think for most researchers, Retatrutide provides noticeably better appetite suppression than Tirzepatide does. Reta is not near the level of Semaglutide or Cagrilintide in this respect but is significantly better than Tirz.
Reta is NOT Adderall. There is no Reta 'boost' so-called...
For me Retatrutide is superior in every way. I intended to sample a new kit by stacking 2.5mg of Reta atop 7.5-10mg of Tirz. It quickly became clear that Reta was doing all the heavy lifting so I did a quick-migration to Reta and really liked it!
Obvs YMMY.
I think it more likely that AmoPure.net does not have any US depots. The tracking I've received shows origin at the Hong Kong airport - I'm assuming a free trade warehouse.
There are numerous daily flights departing HK near midnight and arriving in Dallas about 8:00am that same calendar day...
