If you wanna stick to what Eli Lilly does, you can add 2mL of BAC and you'll have 4 shots of 0.5mL each... of course, you can dial it down a bit - say 0.4 (40 units) and in that case you'd add 1.6mL into the vial.. with 30mg total and being on 7.5mg it's pretty easy math.

No more than 2mL... that will give you 4 shots of 0.5mL each... I don't think you need a 10ml syringe at any point.. could go a little less but 50 units per shot (0.5ml) is what Eli Lilly does w/ namebrand..

You can use Coinbase Wallet or Exodus for sending to QSC (or other vendors). It is not recommended to send directly from Coinbase Exchange. In general, if using Coinbase, then USDC is the preferred option (Coinbase has better "support" for it than USDT).

Since you have BofA, you are lucky that you can do direct ACH to QSC's front... it would be absolutely no different than using Wise and it would be free of charge... no strong reason to use Wise in that case.. Wise's a good option for those using other banks that do not offer ACH transfer to...

You convert PYUSD to USDC via Jupiter. While you could convert to one of the currencies (SOL etc) I'd rather pick a stablecoin to avoid unnecessary risk w/ fluctuations.
