Agreed. My intent with MOTS-C (Cycle 2) and SS-31 (Cycle 3) was for energy / mitochondria. Hopefully by GLOW (Cycle 4) I would have achieved the majority of weight-loss, so the focus would be a broader well-being.

MOTS and SS-31 don't work for most folks and in any case have nothing to do with weight. GLOW also has nothing to do with weight.Teso is likely unnecessary with everything else.

Out of curiosity, what exactly are you resting for? My understanding is that the "fill" is random in Teso tabs and can range greatly from pill to pill, or even within a pill. I believe someone used the example of a blueberry muffin. So primarily you are testing for purity?

Yeah after a few month hiatus I took a half pill last week and I do like the low dose effects, and I'm having minimal heart rate effects too. I'd probably dose at half pill once every other week because of how sensitive I seem to be. The focus is a godsend, I should really get tested for ADHD.
