After Reaching Your Goal Weight: Cold Turkey or Maintenance?

Last 5 are the hardest. I gave up fighting for it. Then I walked over 5 miles in NYc for 3 days in a row and lost it. Go figure. I swim 3 times a week( do a mile) and lift weights , Les Mills body pump. It was the walking. Now I am up and down only 2 lbs.
They are a bear! I am determined and will fight all the way if I have to. LOL
 
Up, then down and repeat.
No dammit. I want them off and gone. Though my jeans are starting to be too big. I will happily be a size 4-6 again if I can at my age. Will never again wear children's tops or jackets. Being fat gave me an ample bosom. Ugh.
 
I'm planning to stay on a maintenance dose. My adhd med dose is half what it used to be and some of my symptoms are a lot less severe in general, on top of it being really nice to not constantly be thinking about food. I don't think I could go back to how I was before tirz.
