You need a bidet. Watch the south park "Japanese Toilet" episode. It is truth.I'm glad this poop thread got bumped because I've just had the single worst day - started with Tirz constipation so bad I took a Dulcolax at 4am, and at some point the 0.3mg Reta micro-dose I tried to stack mid-week kicked in and I finished the day with 8 trips to the bathroom with diarrhea between 9p and 5a. OMG. I need to buy stock in Charmin ultra-soft.
All that to say the cure for Tirz constipation is a tiny bit of Reta, in my world...

I was using acacia, but that was when I needed it for IBS-D (it helps there). I have some.. I should try it again. I just hate that it doesn’t dissolve very well.I just did a search of this board and found that no one has mentioned Acacia senegal powder. My go to brand is Micro Ingredients, and I've also used Heather's to great effect.
This is one of those things where you'll need to find your own personal dosage through trial and error. For me, I've settled on one 13 gram dose in the morning. And, if things are moving slowly, I'll throw in one magnesium oxide capsule with breakfast and dinner![]()
Yeah I’ll eat half of those chopped salads w/protein added (tuna or chicken) and if it’s been a bad protein day I’ll add a scoop of unflavored Isopure and mix it into the dressing. Takes forever to eat, but it’s got fiber and protein.I love salad packs, the nice ones with like cabbage and kale at Trader Joes. I roast chicken breast and add 6oz on top of a salad pack. Lots of fiber, some greens and protein.
