Anyone ever hear of Alpha+Omega peptides OR pure peptides?

both are making and selling their own BAC water which is way cheaper than HOSPIRA now. i asked for sterility results and Pure said they are working with 3rd party testers now and Alpha said that its just water and alcohol. not a professional response

Mine is stuck in customs, too, and I only ordered 5. 😕 All this fuss for a tiny bottle of water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol.

Times are a changin’! 🙃
My 5 bottles have been stuck in customs since July 15. I received a letter in mail from the FDA indicating that I need to respond. I thought about responding that it was recommended by my vet for my pet’s injections. Have you had any traction?

I hope this is right. They sent me a letter I need to respond to but I’ve feel uncertain if I should respond.
A seizure letter or something like that? No need to respond to that, as the situation would be hopeless:

Would they really seize bac water???

I am wondering how long I should give it before asking the vendor if they reship or refund?

It says detained, subject for refusal because it is a drug that lacks instructions for dosage.

Unfortunately, it is game over, as far as your chances with the government.

The shipper may be willing to reship at a discount. I would contact them, just to see. But, of course, a second shipment could be detained too, or at least delayed.

It seems that the conventional wisdom from places like MesoRX which have a lot of experience in this area is to absolutely never respond to the letter and hope that the vendor has some kind of re-ship/refund policy.

Apparently responding not only never works, but more importantly seems to guarantee being added to a "list" of names and addresses that will forever be subject to inspection of anything that has to clear customs.

Responding is an admission of guilt. Just accept the loss.

Do you think this is something that would mess up Global Entry? I mean its not scheduled drugs

Mine is probably exactly the same batch. I am sure BSC sent our packages at the same time. 5 bottles stuck since July 15. You probably got the letter first since you are on West Coast. It will probably take a few days to get to me here in Orlando.

Did you contact Birth Supplies Canada and let them know?
So it came certified, you had to sign for it?

If you respond to the letter, maybe. If you don't, I doubt it. Either way, you can't un-do it all so whatever's going to happen is going to happen, but like you said it's not controlled so if it does raise questions worry about it then.

Thanks . I heard people getting suspended for peptides though and that is not controlled either
