Amopure labor day L60 full review and usage

About to reconstitute recent order and inject RS to see if current batch of L60 burns or not.

Package received with no issues or damage. Very discrete package. Only 1 vial had a busted puck but all else looked fine. I will PH test after reconstitution and before injection . Fresh bottle of Hospira Bac to make sure no issues on reconstitution. Perfect vacuum, vaccum pulled 2ml in with no issues . Reconstitution is clear with a few bubbles. Ph looks to be a 4 maybe 5. Injection of 3mg I felt the triz on pressing the plunger maybe a 2 out of 10. Lasted 2-5 min. Sub q lateral thigh. I have an order of Cagrilintide that burns 7 out of 10 so this is good to go for now. I took this dose a few days early so I lowered the dose for science. Will report back tomorrow if i feel the effect. I currently have prescription grade mounjaro i have used for 8 weeks. It does not burn at all. Im happy so far. If i dont respond im prbly dead or busy (i have 4 daughters). (Still feel a little burn but nothing compared to cagri from astropeptide. Added lateral quad sub Q
Thank you for a great user review. I’m curious how long it took your puck to dissolve. I recall someone else here saying it took 5 minutes which seems very unusual.

My L30 took a bit, there was a stubborn clump on the side of the vial that didn't want to dissolve. Maybe five minutes? Next vial I'll try to remember to time it

Thanks, we have been having a lot of discussion and formulating theories about this in the testing server.
The Amo L30 is working well for me, but I'd be lying if I said I don't wonder just what on Earth I'm putting into my body. There's something different about it compared to everyone else. And only Amo knows what that is....

Spectroscopy tests are $200 and will tell us what amo is putting in the vials right? Google "FTIR Lab Drug Testing"

Took no more than 2-3 min with no residual. Just as clean as my Cagrilintide from a usa distributor and retatrutide from another over sea. I have had a great response with seriously no issues. I know others have had some problems and I have kept quiet but I will buy again.

I'll have to hop in and check out the discussion. I think I have some from the same batch. No stinging or anything, but does the weird clump gel thing on the side that takes a few minutes to dissolve. Also, only product to ever cause an isr for my rs.

No need to keep quiet. I want to the hear the good, the bad and the ugly about all vendors even if it happens to be my current favorite or one I wouldn't touch with a 10-foot pole. Lots of people have had no problems with Amopure and, so far, they seem to be on point with their transactions and providing products with good purity results. There does seem to be something different about their pucks and I just wonder if certain people have a sensitivity to whatever filler they are using. The told another member they recently switched to mannitol but have never revealed what they were using before.

I have 4 RSs and the varied responses are interesting. Sometimes no one feels stinging, other times one or two will from the same vial on shot day. Never has it been three or four, and each RS has felt it at least once. Most of the time, no one feels anything.

Some people are exquisitely sensitive to a lot of drugs but we are forced to operate in a world where drugs that were originally researched on subjects not representative of the whole population. Some doctors don't have the time or patience to get their patients dialed in or get impatient if they patient doesn't fall into the cookie cutter algorithm.

So far I've had no reactions to to anything I've pinned. I also have no known drug allergies and have had very few negative side effects. I'm curious to try my Amo after I've finished with Skye to see how it compares.

Last vial of T60 I reconstituted it took about 10 minutes to get the stubborn clump stuck to the side to dissolve. It works well thank god 😅

No, unfortunately, it's not that simple. The way they test peptide purity will tell us mass and purity and purity only means the amount of the correct peptide. The testing lab needs to have the peptide "code" (sorry, I'm not using the right term here) in their database, but they can't just test for every possible thing. The testing server is starting to do counter-ion tests which may give us a better idea but that's a relatively new thing. Don't ask me to explain counter-ion as I'm still wrapping my head around it myself!

I'm glad it's working for you. I did an informal poll in the testing server and it's about 50/50 with ISRs and slow dissolving stubborn clumps. There seems to be something different about their process but doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad product. It's just a point of curiosity.

YMMV, but here's my experience:

Purchased L30 on 10/4.
Label Created 10/5.
Delivered 10/11.
Reconstituted on 10/18 with 1.2ml Hospira Bac Water.

Felt like any other injection I've had that from grey, prescription or compounded. No stinging. No site reactions.
Following up on 2nd injection since some have seen the ISR/burning occur later on. No ISR/burning on 2nd dose.

Those vial stoppers definitely caused the syringe to dull a bit, though.

Interesting, this was one of my concerns before ordering but my L5 kit vials were easy to puncture and didnt dull my needle. Wonder if they changed stoppers recently?

I don't think they changed and it's the same vial I used last week. Could've been the syringe.
