A friend of mine does prescibed zepbound. She has to avoid dairy or she gets the shits....any other recommendations?

I have seen many people say to avoid greasy and fried foods, as they can cause digestive problems. having said that, I have eaten french fries with no problem.

There are so many things I don’t want to eat on Tirz. Despite loving a good meat-lover pizza (see username), I have not had one in three months 😢. I foolishly had American-style Indian last week and had heartburn for several days, but it was risky for me before starting Tirz. But there are plenty of restaurants I can still eat at: carnita tacos 🌮, chicken shawarma, and so on.

In general I can make almost anything I want at home with a few modifications. Like swapping in those keto “carb balance” flour tortillas, especially as a chicken quesadilla. Those Costco sous-vide egg bites are now a staple, along with the Fairlife protein shakes. It’s definitely a journey figuring out what our new GLP-1/GIP-enhanced brain wants.

I am definitely happier eating lean meat and veg, those bagged salads, and so on. It really helps with the heartburn.

It's going to be specific to the individual. I have no issues with dairy or anything else that wasn't already a problem before I started on tirz.

I find “quantity” has a greater impact than the type of food. Overeating will make you feel miserable. The greasier/fattier the food though, the less I will eat. I do indulge on a fairly regular basis, now that I’m closer to goal weight, but the indulgence is snack-sized rather than meal-sized.
