We all know that the biggest part of the battle is the healthy, clean eating. Even though appetite may be supressed and food noise is reduced, healthy eating is the foundation to making positive lifestyle changes.

Wondering if anyone has any favourite healthy meals they want to share or any meals that they look forward to eating that are also healthy?

Nobody told me til I was in my forties that pretty much any vegetable can be chopped into 1/2 cubes, tossed in avocado oil and seasoning, and roasted in a single layer in a convection oven at 475, shuffling it around every 20 minutes or so, until it's roasted and done. Any summer squash and some of the winter ones can be done that way; of course potatoes, peppers, radishes (both daikon and the red ones), any of the root vegetables, and they're all good.

I also always have a carton of yogurt with crushed garlic, dill, and a little salt in it. It's good on everything. It's also a lazy coleslaw dressing.

This isn’t much of a recipe it’s so simple, but I swear vanilla Greek yogurt with a Tbsp peanut butter mixed in tastes like pb pie filling. I eat that 4x a week to hit the last bit of my protein/fat macros before bedtime. It also does a good job of coating my stomach the two days before my shot is due, helps me stay full enough to get through to bedtime. I only do once weekly shots currently, and it really does help!

sheetpan dinner I love that! Broccoli is especially good.

Bean chili I recommend Monkey and Me, Just google them, fantastic healthy stuff. So delicious, full of protein and fiber and antioxidants.

I love green beans with a spray of olive oil garlic spices of your choice in the air fryer, to make bean fries

My go to for prepped lunches is a taco salad made with ground turkey instead of ground beef. I brown the ground turkey with garlic, chili paste, coriander, diced green chilies, and a little salt & pepper to taste. I used to just use the taco seasoning packs, which work well, but I like to reduce my sodium. I use a spring mix/baby spinach blend for the salad with a little homemade pico ( red onion, tomato & cilantro, lime juice). I add in a Tbs of daisy lite sour cream, some mashed avocado and a little bit of taco sauce for flavor. The way I portion it I usually get about 40g(ish) protein and less than 500 kcal per lunch. It's also super filling.

Chi-Forest 0cal drinks are some of the best things out there to quenche any sweet or alcoholic cravings when on a cut.

I havent seen these. Ill look for them..I rely on HIYO drinks; the Blackberry/Lemon specifically. They put ashwaganda and other soothing botanicals in it. Perfect sub after a long day.

One of my absolute favorites is three chicks, a hotel room you can disrespect, and some nose beers (aka: devils dandruff aka disco dust)...try it out and let me know.

It's a Korean drink. Korea has an obsession with 0cal foods/drinks and they do it right. this drink is really satisfying.

If you have any Korean or Chinese markets around check out there. Or Costco.com

If you need to hit a protein goal, just crush 2 cans of canned chicken with some buffalo sauce. damn near 100g of protein in that

Alright. I won't post it. I want to...BADLY...but I won't... out of respect for you who want to lose weight...and would hate me for the link. 😉 😎

My favorite recipe, since high school, has been elemental potassium and water.

This isn't really a recipe, but my standard go-to meal is

3 Mr. Tortilla low-carb tortillas (I buy a 36-pack of them when they go on sale, throw em in freezer, and they end up being cheap that way) with
100-150 calories worth of meat (usually turkey kielbasa, lean beef, venison, or bison)
Greens and a pinch of cheese, bacon, or nuts from a Marketside salad bag
A very thin line of dressing from whatever the salad is.

It's always good, and always very easy to assemble.
