So far I have done 0.2mg last Monday then 3 days later another 0.3mg then about 8 hrs ago 0.75mg (I did not dare go straight to 1mg week 2 on this). In between I did my T6mg/5day. With C's longer half life I should by now be allergic to food, but weirdly the opposite is true. The net effect: greater sensitivity to cold (T effect but heightened) and greater hunger than I would normally feel on T alone. I am totally baffled frankly, given how many people have had huge responses to C on much lower doses. This batch is from Nexa and I am certain tests out well (theirs is quality), and in fact was slightly over-filled so if anything I (and my appetite) should be on our knees by now. I cannot fathom how my response is so at odds with everyone else. I am going to give it another week, and I suppose I could go past 1mg this week but that is not the intention here and I never intended to race up Cagri. Might recon a new vial from a different second batch just to see (got 2 because I expected to be on this for a little while). Meanwhile I am wondering if anyone has 'gone backwards' in appetite on T + C? Anyone gone backwards then 'forwards' (to suppression) doing this stack? Very weird...

Well, I just posted something similar in another post, but these peptides are working on hormone reception. Maybe your problem has nothing to do with amylin, but with glucagon or GLP-1. I believe the folks who respond to Cargri suffer from reduced amilyn reception.

I think most of us with weight problems suffer from GLP-1 reception issues. A Danish study showed BEFORE diabetes or obesity manifest our GLP-1 reception drops 20-25%. So most of this group responds to GLP-1s, but sometimes it's more than GLP-1. Sometimes it’s GIP, amylin, and/or glucagon too. Lord only knows what other receptor correctors they will find down the road! 😂

Any improvement? I started cagri at .25 and now am at .5. No effect. I was wondering if I got a bunk batch from Tracy and got some from a different source. Still doesn’t work on me. I’ll go up to .75 next week and see

Well I tested yesterday at 0,170 mg stacking with 5 mg reta.

Today even water makes me full. I have to eat very small portions or I feel nauseous.

This is super potent. Maybe I don't need for now.

Massive headache as well even do I am hidrated and took electrolytes

0.170 ??? Really low dose, look at the clinical study doses

If I did I would be throwing up my guts.

Since I'm already at 5 mg reta I started slowly and I am so glad I did it.

Besides it's more than 50% on trials initial dosage. I see reta started at 0,5 mg when initial trial dosages where 2 mg and people saying it works.

I think you have missunderstood what I wrote.
I started at 0,17 to test and it hit me like a truck. I have trouble drinking water without feeling like I am about to explode..

What I meant is that while Reta for me needed to start at 2 mg on Cagri I responded too much.

I think I don't even need so much supression.

Thought I was losing it, but cagri also made me feel more hungry. And also sleep for a whole day.

Also, mine was also from Nexaph

I started 4 days ago, 0.1 mg each day, felt nothing till day 3. Have 0.4mg onboard now. I think a good weekly dose might be around 0.5 mg. I wanted to ease into it. I'm also using nexa.

I'm thinking about adding 0.25 of cagri, because I'm on tirz 15mg and I still feel hungry.

We are in the same boat Ive seen significant suppression at ~.15 or 150mcg

I was on equivalent of 10.75 Tirz/week. Added .25 Cagri week 1 and .50 Cagri week 2 and had to back my Tirz down to 6 mg./week because the Cagri was so effective (PGB Cagri FWIW).

no, I haven't lost weight for 2 months.
ouch. After 6 months on Tirz, reaching 10mg/w, I began to stall (no loss for two weeks). Added Cagri 0.3mg/w and got 100% food noise suppression (and quite nauseous, and many smells became intolerable). Started to loose again. A few months later, stalling again and added Reta 1mg (Tirz/Cagri and Reta). Same pattern, a few months later, less weight loss, so I cranked Tirz to 15mg. This was over a year period, loosing weekly average of 1.33lbs. I recently stopped Cagri after 6 months (was at 0.9mg/w) , up Tirz slowly to 17mg/w and increased Reta. For me, Cagri was real effective. My suggestion is to stack/increase glp1 dosage slowly but react within a few weeks if weight is not coming off. GLP1 changes can take a few weeks to kick in, so should be working within a month, imo. Maybe cut carbs and add protein shake. Not everybody react the same way to glp1. Maybe add Sema.
