For those who don’t test

I dont test. I can't justify sending one vial out and paying all the money. How do we know the other 9 vials in the kit are the same? I filter and hope for the best lol I usually take a small dose out of a new vial and give it 24 hours to see how I feel.
This, but I test as well...most of the time...cause sometimes ya just gotta blast... 😎

I'm in Australia, vials can be seized while sending out to Janoshik and test costs are prohibitive. I would happily join group tests, but on my own, it's really not worth the cost or risk of seizure.

That said, I go with vendors who have recent tests performed and I always filter.

Screw that. You need to check out GB, You said T60, and a couple GB that just closed sold Tirz for Lobster T60/kit $135 and another that closes tomorrow T100/kit for $164. All of them include testing and Endo testing.
I wish you would secretly give me your gb sellers. 😁

I gotta backup the truck a bit. Somehow you're gonna want to cross-check your lot with a COA for overfill/underfill.
It a popular customer relations thing to overfill. Did you notice the rise in dosage problems, leading to hospital visits? But it can also "boost" not-so-potent peptides. Pay for testing or don't, you still have to know your shit/odds.

It's not hard to find. Took me a day and placed the order today for r60 for $175 (after fees). I don't get what seems like gatekeeping, but people probably have their reasons.

I suppose one of these days I will stumble upon El Dorado but in the meantime I'll be wandering through the jungle 🤣 .

My personal opinion is that there is no way with their lack of regulatory structure my test is going to correlate with any more of the product I actually own, but the more frequent we can push out the tests and keep them publicly accessible - the safer it will be.

While I too snorted or ingested all sorts of "things" back in the late 70s/80s and lived to tell the tale, in today's world that gamble would be a lot more dangerous. The stuff we were using would have been cut with nothing as dangerous as fentanyl is. Different times.

I am jumping in with my opinion - and my practices.

I do not test. I do not believe every COA posted by these manufacturers. I mean, c'mon, we already know their tactic of using attractive women as avatars for their "reps." Oh, and calling us "dear" or "honey."

These companies are making a shit ton of money off of selling us "testing and research products." I do not for one second believe that each order sent out is meticulously plucked from the same batch number. I'm pretty sure my recent purchase of a Reta 60mg kit contains vials from several, if not all, different batches.

Call me dumb. Or call me lucky. I have not had any bad experiences with my products. They have worked as intended, with the potency indicated on the kits I purchased. However, I barely had the funds to even purchase gray (the economy and recent life situations,) let alone having the money or want to waste any of my kit getting a test done that does not reflect ALL of my kit.

Testing can give reassurance, sure, and it is great that some companies are honest about their tests and give us those results. With AI running rampant and making it easier to use to deceive and obfuscate data, I take those results with a grain of salt.

Now...I know I SHOULD be filtering. I have no excuse as it is fairly simple and inexpensive.

But, as far as testing each time I order some peps, naw, for this guy - it ain't happenin.

Yes! My party days were the 00s and even that is a long time pre-fentanyl. I gave my college age nieces and nephews fent testing kits. “For drugs you take, ya know?” They are athletes and looked at me like I was nuts. “We don’t do drugs.” (Guess I was a lot more of a badass then my lame-o niece and nephew! 🤣Jk)

The longer I live, the more cautious I get. Maybe it’s lesson learned from close calls, maybe it’s because I no longer have my whole life ahead of me, idk. (I don’t judge those that have a different POV, and I think they’re valuable to hear. I appreciate everyone sharing here.)

This is a really important point you bring up-GLPs—even compounded and gray—are medications of privilege for a lot of people. Even a gray kit that will last a year may still be $200 with the shipping… which is a great value, but is still a chunk of change. And if the choice is between crossing fingers and taking (in many cases, life saving/disability reducing) medication or not taking it, I understand taking the risk. Thanks very much for this perspective!

I went almost 10 years without testing and never had a problem. That said, I'm not recommending anyone follow that path.

Back then, there seemed to be fewer scammers in the space. Today? A lot of these vendors are flat-out sketchy trash, and trust alone isn't enough.

What I've seen from testing over the last 4–5 years is what changed my perspective. It's not just underdosed products or lower-than-advertised purity. Sometimes the results are far worse than that.

In the steroid community, there's an old saying: "Test is Best."

I think that mindset absolutely belongs in the RUO world as well.

Is testing expensive? Sure. Is it possible that the vial tested isn't identical to every vial in your possession? Also true.

But having real data on at least part of a batch is still infinitely better than having no data at all and simply hoping for the best.

For me, the equation is simple: Testing isn't perfect, but it's the best layer of protection we have. Test is best.
