Any reason why you're buying from Amazon instead of Alibaba? They often offer faster shipping options if you ask.

I am using Amazon because I intend to also purchase the 3 year extended warranty. Basically a 4 year supply of tirz including the freezer is still less than 4 months of Zepbound.

Disregard, it comes with the transformer, you just need to specify 110V or 230v.
