Getting banned onTG?

Does anyone know why someone would get banned on TG when they haven’t done anything. I’m REALLY new to TG and do not know all the in’s and out’s of it. I joined a couple vendor groups to watch the interactions before buying. Essentially trying to do my due diligence on reviews vendors but I keep getting banned. I know at one point I had my real name on it but then was advised to change it and I did. I don’t really interact on it. Is that the issue? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

This happened to me once when there was a requirement to prove my existence as a human and not a bot that for whatever reason I was not automatically directed to do. I emailed the vendor and asked for another chance, then tried again. Turned out that there was a welcome thread where I had to post the answer to a math problem. Thankfully it was simple addition - I am terrible with numbers.

Just reach out to the vendors and see what they say. We have no idea why you were banned, but they will! ☮️
