The whole warehouse/freight forwarder thing doesn't pass the smell test. They're just unable to give us a true explanation without exposing their business model.FYI, from GYC, what do you guys think?
My guess is that a relatively legit company is the source (if these guys even know the real source), and the source are probably the ones actually storing it at these 3PL's, and these GB's and "companies" like GYC are purely sales and it all ultimately ships from the same warehouses. Someone along the chain on the source end of things, pulled a switcheroo on one of the inbound shipments and GYC and the like are having to do damage control without explaining how it all works and where it came from.
I mean I could see a warehouse worker trying to sneak some inventory out maybe if he knew what the stuff actually was, but 0 chance in hell someone at that level would be replacing legit product with fakes.
