Have you found any method or supplement that has improved your sleep?

L- theanine is a great add for anyone who has trouble getting back to sleep. It won’t put you to sleep but it seems to stop the brain chatter.
My sleep aids- 3 mg melatonin ( don’t take too much or it has an opposite effect) Tart cherry extract, l theanine, and magnesium glycinate.
Micro dosing thc gummies when I get in a rough patch but I don’t use them regularly as I wake up groggy.
The L theanine is my secret sauce though.

My Lbtheanine arrives tomorrow!

Careful with melatonin, years ago I did some brutal shift work and got addicted to it. Literally could not fall asleep without it

Since then have seen some investigative reporting on the OTC products and the doses are often wildly understated on the label and there seems to be no policing. The irony of which on a gray market peptide forum is not lost on me.

As has been said already, sleep hygiene is number one for getting good sleep. CJC/Ipa was pretty good for my sleep, but HGH has been even better.

CJC/Ipa gave me crazy dreams, but I'd still wake up a bunch to pee. HGH has helped me stay asleep through the night.
Crazy dreams? CJC/Ipa had me having zero dreams at all

I use melatonin occasionally. Just OTC. I try to use it as little as possible, but when I do it knocks me out cold.

I’ve been dying from the first time I saw your username! 🤣
I’m so happy to hear that. When I joined this forum I thought it would be a bunch of 20 year olds looking to score roids haha…

Then I have come to find this place to be the most perfectly wholesome place and I think the reference goes right over the heads of most people here bless them

LOL! I’m the eldest of millennials and found out about Clavicular by watching a Nightline-esque special on Looksmaxxing…I’m that cool. Went and bought myself a special face hammer right after that. I don’t want toolbox schmutz on my face!! LOL

( I am joking. I am not hammering my face 🙂)

As silly as it sounded to me, I was struck dumb when I saw it the first time because immediately after that lookmaxx video, I was mysteriously directed to another video showing Muay Thai practitioners utilizing microfractures on their shin bones by striking the palm tree, to thicken the bone. NGL, it wiped the smug smirk off my face.
L-Theanine is great for alpha brain wave activity- the flow state - hence why it is a component in so many nootropics. It is great to remove stress. Melatonin at low doses is mildly reasonable, and the magnesium glycinate supplement is useful too.
But, for me, nothing worked as much as epithalon [NA]. I need to get more of it.
My current drowsy stack consists of :
  • Pure Kavain (≥98% (+)-kavain) — 400 mg
  • Oleamide (≥98% cis-oleamide) — 200 mg
  • Scutellaria baicalensis Extract (85% baicalin) — 200 mg
  • Apigenin (98% from chamomile) — 100 mg
  • Tetrahydromagnolol (≥95% THM) — 50 mg
  • Melatonin — 2 mg
