How much weight have you lost?

ive got a question I just started reta on Monday 0.5mg was my dose and I don't feel any different like zero and I'm planning on going to 1.5 or 1mg next week whats your guys thoughts, I weight 184 and want to go to 169-172lbs around to have a good lean base
I believe it takes 4 weeks to build up in your system, it was wise to start at 0.5 just to rule out any adverse effects. If you feel nothing though, then I'd advise going up to 1 mg and then staying there for 3 more weeks. And then maybe 2 mg after that if you still don't feel it. There's free apps like MeAgain where you enter you dose and you'll see how it builds up over that 4 weeks.
 
12 lbs in 4 months (started very slow) which is what I wanted. Maintaining and building lots of muscle since then!
 
I've lost 80lbs total since Aug of 2025 on Reta. I've now started to titrate down on my dose. I don't want to lose any more weight. 140 at my age and height is where my doctor said I needed to be. Currently sitting at 138.
 
Update to mine a week later...the plateau resolved with the 2mg Reta increase and I broke into the 200's! 298.8lb! image (4).webp

328 lb --> 302 lb = 26lb in 3 months. Solid 2 lb a week average. That's with 3x a week weight training to failure or near. 2270 calories per day, 200g+ of protein daily. I'm hoping to maintain all the strength I can. The drop has slowed down a bit, so I may need to drop off some additional calories soon. RT has been at 1mg until this past Saturday, just titrated up to 2mg. I'm in no hurry. It took me 30 years to get here, a year or two to get back to 225 and healthy seems to make sense to me.

Installed after 5 weeks and considered upping my dose but dang I can’t eat NOTHING which may be the problem
Even on a GLP, sometimes going a week with a bit of a surplus then going back to deficit can get a plateau to break. When you body starts fighting for equilibrium sometimes you just need to let things rest a bit.
 
I started with Tirz in 2025, lost 5 stone overall, but now i have been on Reta for around 6/7 weeks and lost another stone, but im thinking to add cagri for the food noise as its still there sometimes.
 
Started Tirz May 7th @386lbs - As of today, June 29th I am at 351lbs = 35lbs down in 2 months!
 
260-218 the old fashioned way over about a year

stalled for several months and had several friend with great success on reta. pulled the trigger.

218-198 in 10 weeks on reta. First week dropped 4 pounds immediately (water), so discounting that, losing about 1.8 lbs/week. Aiming for 1.5-2.0lbs/week so currently in the sweet spot (for me). at 4mg and staying here until something changes.

I had to look up "stone", I've heard the term, but never knew the amount in lbs. 6 stones equals 84lbs?
 
60 lbs hit this weekend. Started in October. 8ish months.
 
I started tirzepatide on April 8th. 149,8 kg. I was 122,3kg last Wednesday when I weighed myself.
 
January 2025 was 270lbs. Got down to 195 as of a week ago. Most of it was rolling 72 hour fasts then since April where I was about 230 been on Reta so no longer needed to starve myself.
 
Damn that's good. I started after Easter at 220 at 194 now.
I'm now down 52lbs total. 3 more and I'm done, then maintenance and start on toning up. Screen shot of part of the Renpho app from 4:15 this morning. Being gone for 4 days and now back twos today, and missing shots, weigh day and getting back on Friday morning shots has been interesting. I was weighing myself the day after pin day always, but checked Saturday which wasn't right.. That was 6 days, not 8.
