edit october 28: This post started as a general post about my first dose of cagri, but there was some interest so i decided to just update the thread over time with how it's going. I started with 0.25mg of cagri on Oct 24, 3 days after my 10mg tirz dose. first couple pages here are just my reactions from the first couple of days. after that i'll try to put stuff up weekly, approximately, or whenever there's anything notable.

Saw all the talk about whether to start on 0.25 or 0.125, I don't usually overreact with side effects so I did the .25

I have a tennis match tomorrow night so here's hoping the 36 hour fatigue and nausea doesn't hit me at 36 hours!!

Side note I had a harder time getting med out of the vial from grey market than I do out of the vials from compounded. The needle only wanted to draw air. I got it eventually but it took a couple punctures... probably dulled the needle, made it hurt a bit going in.

Sometimes it's because you put the needle too deep in the vial, above the liquid, so you end up taking air only, try to insert it less.

Also, if your vial is evacuated, you need to inject air before drawing.

And third, once you get all the liquid, change the needle so you get a brand new to inject yourself with

thanks this is helpful.

thanks this is helpful. the weird part was that the needle was in the liquid, but still drawing air. i think it must have had something to do with the vacuum. so i will inject air next time. I can't change needles because i'm using single use syringes. it wasn't a huge deal though, just a bit of a pinch going into the belly. normally a can barely feel it. i've never had any issue/fear with needles.

Let us know how it goes. I know a lot of people here have said they use such a small amount of Cagri, and it's wonderful, but I started with .5, and it did nothing for me.

I saw reports from people that it "hits" you anywhere from an hour to 36 hours later. I took it before 6am today and haven't been hungry yet. Had a 42g protein shake and maybe 8oz of leftover ramen broth. Very strong appetite suppression so far, no side effects yet but those are probably coming

15 hours in, no fatigue yet. Great suppression.

Only issue is I tried to play a little friendly tennis after work and just could not. It wasn't fatigue. I only had a protein shake and broth all day, I think I was just gassed from not eating.

Quit tennis and ate 3 Arby's mozz sticks before I had to stop

You definitely need to inject more air into the vial. I just had it happen to me again last night with a new vial of T15. I forgot to... 😳

yeah like everyone else stated, add the same amount of air in the vial as the dose amount then put it in the vial and draw out, that should solve the issue with air in the needle!

God.. what I would do for no appetite again....

Could you visibly see tip of the needle in the liquid? Sometimes the stopper sides are super thick and the opening is just a thin slit, so if you don't insert it at just the right angle is may still actually be in the side of the stopper.

I just made a US buy this morning... thanks. Can I ask what GLP-1 you are taking as well? Dosage?
tirz since july. stalled for the last 4 weeks on 7.5mg. moved up to 10mg this week and added cag 0.25 on day 4. cag broke my stall in 1 day lol...i hit a new low on the scale today and went down 5 pounds since yesterday. (i know i was retaining water/carbs, cag basically sent me into a 24 fast, so all of that came off and then some). here's hoping i can keep going down now.

How you feeling? Alot of people say cagri takes it out of you, haha.

feeling fine, no fatigue at all...i mentioned above i literally couldn't stay on the tennis court yesterday, i quit in 30 minutes. but it wasn't fatigue, it was just that i hadn't eaten any solid food all day, i was weak from that. but i'm not fatigued or sleepy.

i'm planning to keep chronicling in this thread over time, probably not every day.

Sounds good. Will be sure to read!

I just got some cagri from nexaph last week. Yes this stuff is beyond strong. My plan was to stack it on top of 12.5 Tirz I take every week. I took 1 mg 5 days after tirz and it was way too strong big mistake. I couldn’t eat anything for days and felt like I was going to gag or vomit all the time. It’s still not completely gone. Neither 2.4 mg of sema or 12.5 mg of tirz alone have ever given me any side effects so I was surprised. Cagri appetite suppresion is very powerful but will definitely go down to 0.25 mg in future.

1mg???? Oh boy, I bet that's been rough!

Idk if it was this thread or somewhere else. A person said they were about to start at 1.5mg. I was like....I hope you know your body.

Haha starting in a few weeks at .25 for me. Will go to .5 if needed
I thought I knew my body pretty well after being on GLP-1s for 10 months now. With Cagri they are in for a very rude awakening if they try 1.5. On 1 I still have occasional waves of gagging almost a week after the dose. Going to skip a couple weeks at least now. Is no bueno

How long will reconstituted last in the fridge? I guess some will go to waste if we have to take very low doses. Or does anyone with longer term Cagri experience want to share does your body adjust to it as fast as with sema and tirz?

Very interested in following along. I’ll be starting .25mg cagri in a couple of days stacked on 7.5mg tirz to push thru a stall.

Same.. I have some on the way but I am starting at .125. I want results but not to be sick... if that doesn't help I will bump to .25

Today is tirz 10mg day. I would say that the cagri 0.25mg did a fabulous job getting me through days 4-7 of the tirz cycle. i had good appetite suppression all weekend, although by monday i didn't feel much anymore. I also had increased fullness, I could only eat small portions.

very little side effect with cagri, i think maybe i had some fatigue on saturday and sunday afternoon, but that also may have just been saturday and sunday afternoon normal sleepiness. nothing unbearable. I also made sure to do electrolytes, b12, and vit d.

i hit a new low weight on friday, busting a 3-4 week stall. hoping for another low this week.

plan for this week is 10mg tirz on monday and stay with the 0.25 cag on thursday. hopefully by thursday i can sort out whether i should be worried about my sry cag being laced with fentanyl.

Do you check the ph of your reconstituted Cagri?

Update: Week 2 on tirz 10mg + cagri 0.25mg.

The tirz 10 from monday actually did a great job this week. Still good appetite suppression on Thursday morning when it was time for the cagri. I also had fewer side effects on tirz this week, not much nausea or spaciness, gastro was better. Only a slight headache during the day on day 2. insomnia was better too. But intended effects also better. Did not have a lot of hunger and often found I could only eat small portions. Getting 1200-1500 a day max.

cagri 0.25mg on thursday. great suppression on thursday. barely ate. but also had a little more fatigue, the trick or treating was a bit tough, i was very sleepy. slept about 9 hours overnight. woke up friday (tirz day 5/cag day 2) with some nausea but it subsided quickly. I feel a little hungrier than normal today but it is almost lunch time. I generally skip breakfast and have a 42g protein shake. Even the hunger at lunchtime is manageable, it is not like ravenous.

I hit a new low on the scale last Friday and again this Thursday. Cagri seems to have broken my stall. I've lost 34-35 pounds since starting tirz on July 15. Was up from low about 3lb before cagri, now back down 5-6, so new losses of 2-3 pounds since cagri.

Even with the help of these meds it seems like I'm going to have to fight and scratch for every pound for the moment.

Platoing is normal with weightloss, a lot of people that cut for competition either macro better or add more cardio.

quick update that i was quite a bit more tired over the weekend on week 2 than i was on week 1. it seems to come in waves, for 30 minutes or an hour, i'm totally dragging ass. then i'm fine.

i still wouldn't call it intolerable but it definitely reduced my motivation to get up and moving during a lazy weekend.

it was enough of an effect that i am 100% not increasing the cagri beyond 0.25 yet.

appetite suppression was ok but seemed to start wearing off after about 2.5 days. today is tirz 10mg day so here we go

Hey, I took .250 this week. I'll be honest this past week I didn't check my calories and had a busy week where I just ate, didn't gain or lose. Still - 10 pounds this second week. Like I said the first week had to be water weight

This time around I didn't get a negative effect, I guess my body just had to get used to it. So, I'm suggesting everyone try it. I will say the suppression effects have been less this time, so Ill be going to .500 next week.

Took .125 mg 3 days ago. Appetite suppression hasn’t improved from tirz, but I am getting bouts of extreme fatigue. Kind of scared to go up a dose to see if it helps appetite suppression.

Week 4 Update on tirz10 + cagri 0.25mg

this update is long and rambling, i'll go back and put some of the salient points in bold to save you time, dear reader:

I am pretty sure I wrote an update last week but maybe I forgot to post it. Weird.
This week the tirz 10 seemed even more effective than usual, my appetite was gone Monday - Wednesday. had my usual cycle of tirz side effects that is almost predictable now. insomnia on night one. opposite gastro effects on day 2 and 3. maybe a little aloofness here and there. but nothing too bad.

I thought about skipping the cagri this week since tirz still seemed to be strong. But I went ahead with 0.25mg yesterday. strong appetite suppression so far. Forgot to eat lunch and could only eat a protein cookie for dinner, until after I played a couple hours of tennis, then I was able to fit in a chicken leg and half a deli sandwich.

Still feeling strong suppression today, it's 10am and I just realized I never did my morning protein shake so I am doing that now.

The fatigue on week 3 was much better, and also better starting out on week 4 so far. I was tired at bedtime but not during the day or evening. Hopefully that's going to stay better.

independent testing on my sry cagri 5 came back good. I just contributed to the cost as part of a small group so I don't want to post the coa without their permission, and i'm just slipping this detail into my broader update. but the sry c5 tested good.

i didn't lose any weight on the scale this week...or maybe a half pound depending on which reading you believe. but I didn't gain any either. I'm still sitting at my recent low. I think I'm primed for another drop in the next couple days. Maybe I'll do my trick of dehydrating myself tonight with a little red wine and a very hot bath full of epsom salt. That usually does the trick.

on a really positive note, though, I did gain a notch on my belt this week, and I had a day where I looked in the full length mirror and suddenly noticed that my shape has trimmed down a bit. Those body changes always seem to happen between the scale changes for me, which I find weird, but it happens over and over.

i'm due to titrate up on tirz but i think i will wait a little longer. I'm going to be working my way through the step-up dose vials i have from sdrx for a while. I will crack open the 10mg vial next week or the following, and I'm thinking I'll just stay on the doses that those vials specify. 1 vial of 10mg, then a vial of 12.5mg, then 3 vials of 15mg before i start working on my grey market stash. i saw a discussion on reddit yesterday about staying on minimum effective doses vs. higher weight loss results on higher doses, and my idea for now is to try to get to that 15mg dose in a reasonable time. i'm in it to win it on tirz, and there's some thought out there that weight loss stalls out after a year or so no matter what dose you're on, so make the most of your first year (somewhat speculation but not baseless).

i'm not yet ready to move up on cagri. I want to make sure the fatigue stays away this week. and I also want to assess how the appetite suppression does. last week I felt like the cagri wore off after like 2 days. but its half life is supposed to be longer than tirz, like 9 days. so I was surprised. I'm going to see how the 0.25mg goes this week and probably another week before i think about increasing. if it does seem to wear off after a couple days, maybe a small cagri dose would be a candidate for twice a week dosing. some days i wake up and just want to jab a needle full of some questionable shit into my belly, so maybe i'll double up on cagri if it wears off.

since starting tirz july 15, I'm down 34 pounds. I have something like 25 or 30 to go I would guess. i had a weight loss surgery in 2021 and lost about 110 pounds. right now i'm about 13 pounds above that low point so i'm excited to try to get back to that.

Thanks for the updates. I just started .3 mg Wednesday. I take my 15 mg ties on Saturdays and am usually famished by this point in the week. Thursday was rough—I thought I was getting the flu or something—just drank a protein drink and went to bed. Today I feel normal and not particularly hungry. Love it so far!

I feel the same about Cagri effects fading away really fast. I’m thinking about upping my dose

Thank you for the updates!
Feels like a lost week, probably 2 overall for progress. I guess it's part of the journey. But the variability week to week of hunger, appetite, and side effects is weird when it's the same dose

Although sometimes I think our expectations get a little too high. I've felt hungrier this week but still nothing like the before times. I had a fairlife protein shake for breakfast today and it's 10:30 am here and I'm mostly fine. A little hunger sneaking up but that seems normal. On better weeks i would have to force myself to have lunch as well, but not today. It's still much less hunger and food overall than normal meds.

I understand that sentiment. My first week of Cagri, I did 0.3 and I had a good response with the appetite suppressant. It was fast too, I gave my shot around 6am and by 2pm it kicked in. That was the fastest response I’ve ever had, Sema and Tirz takes about 36hrs on me. But the second week, the 0.3 did nothing, so 3 days later I did another 0.3 and had decent suppression. Now this past week, I did 0.6 in one dose and minimum effects. Oh well, I guess I’ll increase my dose this week again.

I’ve also since stopped my tirz, so this should be interesting LoL

On better weeks i would have to force myself to have lunch as well, but not today. It's still much less hunger and food overall than normal meds.
I really appreciate you sharing your journey with us. Thank you!

Do you find "where" you inject has any correlation to the effectiveness or side effects on Tirz?

I have found that stomach injections provide greater appetite suppression but also increased fatigue. I have only injected in my thighs for the past couple of months but in the thigh there is about three-day delay for me to feel the suppression and day three fatigue is typically the worst.

Based on your experience, I don't think I could add Cagri and make the Tirz fatigue even worse.

I haven't tried the thighs. I did back of the arm last week and it seems to have gone much better than the belly
