QSC is screwing around over a $135 credit!

Pepchat is one of the few platforms where real time discussions about peptides and peds can happen without getting shut down. Discord? They just nuked a bunch of servers yesterday and do so every month. Telegram? Some exec was arrested and they’ve been slowly shutting down communities discussing these things. There are morons everywhere but you can build your own communities there. I think it’s a platform worth using more especially since the devs/admins are so responsive

Every time I read your response to a complaint on this forum or others, you give the worst freaking response possible.

It’s like you’re incapable of calming down and speaking rationally.

Even if you’re right about the situation, the way you talk to people SUCKS and is going to lead to the downfall of your company eventually.
I agree with Tracy on this. While I understand why a customer would be unwilling to provide personal information on a public forum, Tracy likewise cannot fix the problem without knowing who the person is. The easy solution is to contact Tracy privately. In case this isn't already abundantly obvious, if you have a problem with an order, you contact Tracy directly and you do that privately. Calling him out and yelling at him publicly is unlikely to get you good results, particularly if your own ducks aren't all in a row.

Being right doesn’t give a company the right to talk to people like garbage. And QSC is constantly doing so.

There are plenty of vendors that do/did…

The one I miss the most had the classiest customer service an the best product.
 
Be careful guys, no evidence of this, but a lot of people over PepChat think they are doing an exit scam.

I would suggest not ordering for now and wait a couple of months until things get straightened up.

If I wanted to make an exist scam, I would have at least doing it during black friday lol.

Why will someone like QSC, who can get monthly millions $ each month of the year, do an exist scam and restart over ?
 
Well my take is that if you don't need the product now, don't order.

There's no drawback in waiting a bit for the dust to settle unless you need it now.

There will always be promotions in the future, so there's no worry there.

Also, Tracy locked all chats over there at the moment, that may be to settle out all the issues.

And I'm not saying that new vendors are more trustworthy!!
I locked all chats because people can't follow the rules, and I am not a social media moderator.

People post tracking numbers screenshots, packaging pictures, SKU, everything that compromises the security.

They keep asking the same stupid questions about colors over and over. And last thing, they still try to sell their shit or promote other sources in my plateforms, and I have no time for the cleaning nor give them warnings, so better shut it up, and keep it this way, works perfectly fine.

Most of what I said was in reference to your post not actually directed at you. Absolutely no problem in passing along accusations so others are aware.

I guess there's multiple ways to see this and there will always be justifications for nothing and anything.

Why not listen to the community instead of always looking for justifications? I'm not saying listening to anything and doing anything, but just be more open minded about what people think of your company and how you can make it better?
 
You have good leadership and I'm sure QSC could offer a A+ customer service if you really wanted to, but you don't.

Why is that, I have no idea, but for real offer a better customer service + better organization and you'll earn more customers.

I get it, you have your priorities and that may not be in the list, but today a good customer service is getting more rare by the day and I truly think it's one of the most important aspect.

Whether you're a drug dealer or a cashier does not change that.

This is just an advice, I'm not blaming anything on you and I hope you don't see it like that.

To be fair to Tracy (lol) prior to the last 6 months, the majority of his customers were roided up knuckle draggers that actually like the way he treats them.

That didn’t stop any of those things from happening though, all you did was move everyone to a different server to discuss these things. The main difference is that before there were community members who would actively discourage behaviors like posting package and now nobody cares. Net result is people are doing it more now.

The qsc thread in meso is not all peaches and cream, well maybe a lot of cream but no peaches. They are a very divisive vendor on meso as well, arguably they get far more criticism there than here.
