QSC is screwing around over a $135 credit!

I mean the market has a voice, and that voice says “spank me daddy tracy.” They’re doing something right. I prefer a surly sales rep who is straightforward about their commitments and capabilities over all the two faced “I’m selling you peptides because I want to give back to the community, I’ll test every batch i promise, oopsie doopsie that one was a presale, oh sorry im using random excipients for unknown reasons, triple tested every time except that batch” guys who you seem to want tracy to act like. Tracy doesn’t suffer fools which is a feature to lots of us.
And the aggressive pricing strategy has benefited us all - no matter which vendor we choose.

Both of these things can be true at the same time:

1) QSC is a valuable entity to have in the community because of their aggressive pricing and no-nonsense attitude allowing for relatively easy ordering at low prices.

2) QSC can have business practices that are not great, such as not honoring a credit for a bitcoin payment at the value it was received at, despite bitcoin being worth more now than when it was sent.

I like QSC! You can agree that the net balance for QSC is good while also being unbiased to note that this situation is some bullshit. Relatively minor bullshit, but still bullshit. And you should really re-evaluate your stance on any sort of corporation that you are just another customer for if you go so far as to not only refuse to admit that a business practice was bad, but suggest that you should view it as a positive thing like they deserved a tip.

Your Chinese drug dealer is selling you this shit to make a profit. Don't get it twisted. They're not doing it to promote the health and wellness of their customers. They are making money. Save your tips for your pizza delivery driver. Not your corporate drug dealer. I didn't even tip my regular drug dealers, except for that one time my cousin drove 30 minutes out of her way to bring some shrooms out to the lake.

I dunno. Sometimes, the only thing more fun than abusing my stupid customers is abusing someone else’s.

I'm fine with someone criticizing QSC for not standing up for their product. Basically Tracy has said that if a sales rep (as opposed to the people who work under him) does something wrong, there is no one to complain to. I'm not critical of Tracy because Tracy does stand up for his product. His customer service doesn't involve much hand-holding and payment options can be difficult. Yet those are knows risks with using Tracy. But you get what you pay for when you buy from Tracy. As to Tracy acting in his self-interest, that can be said for most people in any sort of business.

Hasn’t benefited me because my dumb ass bought up all the tirz before the prices fell :(
At least your smart enough not to buy more when you have a huge stockpile. For folks like me who are on tirzepatide, we may want to try reta or CagriSema after they become FDA approved; perhaps waiting another year after they start sales in the US will give us a better idea how they really work.

I agree: I distrust sales people immediately who pretend like they are acting mainly because they want to help people. I do not mean to suggest that there are no ethical sales people; there are many. However, those in sales are trying to make money.

all I’m going to say is that everyone defending qsc for what is objectively bad customer experience is a bootlicker. Don’t worry daddy Tracy will still sell you things even if you’re critical of them. No vendor should be placed on a pedestal that absolves them from shitty behavior just because they are cheaper and you’ve had a good anecdotal experiences. The vendors are not doing you any favors, they aren’t your friends, you are a paypig for them. Treat them just as critically as you would any other vendor, if you let them get away with these non sensical excuses they will continue to do it. You should be having each others backs when it comes to vendor complaints not shilling your favorite vendor

FWIW when it comes to oils most people lose the money they saved in supplies and time spent filtering.
I could hug you @glpfun! Very well said!

I get better service at Harbour Freight and that is cheap Chinese crap too. Don't give any vendor a pass.

I've noticed some improvements with QSC communication. My first purchase was no good. Sent Bitcoin and by the time they confirmed receipt they also confirmed all the items I ordered were out of stock. LUCKILY, I got my Bitcoin back 10 days later and it had increased in value 30%. I placed another order and paid with USDC so far the sales staff has confirmed everything very quickly.
My advice is know what you what, pay for it quickly, and don't be needy.

You think the bootlicking is bad with QSC... should see the SRY server on Discord. At least Alan sends customers jade bracelets, cool shirts and ceramic bowls.... (I am not kidding about that part)
