QSC is screwing around over a $135 credit!

didn't video their opening
I agree with everything else but this - I recommend people do it, but it shouldn't be a requirement to get your issues sorted, and if it IS a requirement to get the issues sorted, it should be mentioned up front as one. I had reta missing from my first ASC order and they resolved it without me having to provide any proof whatsoever.

All I was told on my QSC order was to make sure to not discard the packaging because the SKUs are on it. If something was missing and I got told to pound sand because I hadn't recorded it because I wasn't informed this would be a requirement, I would be upset, and imo, rightfully so.

Wait, so let me get this straight…you’re complaining over $135 when you’ve spent “thousands” of dollars which in turn has saved you 10’s of thousands of dollars in total? Say you bought those same items individually at companies like polaris, peptide sciences etc, it would have cost a lot more, right? So then while we’re at it can we also blame QSC for undercharging you? I didn’t think so. You should be saying, “Thank you for all the money you’ve saved me over the years, here’s a $135 tip, as a token of my appreciation for fucking up. I’m gonna shut up now, and learn about stable coins so I can use that in the future because I’m still learning about bitcoin.”
Shit, any time I have an issue with a company I should just ignore it and shrug it off as long as they were cheaper than alternatives?

Next time my Amazon package doesn't get delivered I'll just shrug it off because I've probably saved more in shipping with Prime than the cost of the package. Thanks for the fascinating insight.

I don't really care about this specific situation and I'd just shake my head and roll my eyes at a $38 credit disparity, but stanning for a company enough to come here and have this absurd take that you should consider it a tip is some of the most corporate bootlicker shit I've ever seen.

You’re seriously comparing Amazon Prime to QSC, what a goofball. Did you get dropped on your head as a kid?

all I’m going to say is that everyone defending qsc for what is objectively bad customer experience is a bootlicker. Don’t worry daddy Tracy will still sell you things even if you’re critical of them. No vendor should be placed on a pedestal that absolves them from shitty behavior just because they are cheaper and you’ve had a good anecdotal experiences. The vendors are not doing you any favors, they aren’t your friends, you are a paypig for them. Treat them just as critically as you would any other vendor, if you let them get away with these non sensical excuses they will continue to do it. You should be having each others backs when it comes to vendor complaints not shilling your favorite vendor

FWIW when it comes to oils most people lose the money they saved in supplies and time spent filtering.

What you’re missing is that tracy never promises good customer service, quite the opposite. And nobody ever accuses qsc of having good customer service. So who is at fault when they’re disappointed with the service? The person who decided that their experience with qsc should be the same as their experience with Amazon despite all the warnings and evidence to the contrary.

Bottom line is that everyone knows QSC sucks and is shady AF. And if you choose to deal with them and get burnt, that's on you, there's plenty of warning out there. I'll prob use them again at some point though...

Sucks, yes. Shady, no. They don’t make commitments they don’t intend to deliver on, but they do deliver on the ones they do make. I have a lot of respect for that.

I'd agree with you so long as we're talking about Tracy and those working under him. I have doubts about QSC as a whole.

They don’t suck and aren’t shady. I keep buying and they keep shipping and it’s easy peasy.

And considering the volume they do here, that we only hear a few ppl complaining (almost always because of an error of their own making) supports that.

I’d guess they do multiples of every other vendor on here - combined.

Im not missing that, I’m well aware and have placed many orders myself. We as a community can set a higher bar than that, they don't make their money without us and as consumers we can set the terms as long as people aren’t making excuses for them. It’s not like they’re saving money by providing less customer service when they eventually have to deal with these snafus. The real issue here is people just bending over saying “this is just how things are” instead of pushing back on vendors to fix their process. The whole explanation around multiple sales teams or whatever is bullshit.
