QSC is screwing around over a $135 credit!

So you've been ordering from QSC for years while people went around yelling from the mountain tops about how terrible their service is and how often people walked away feeling screwed over?

So you just thought, fuck it, it's not happening to me.... until it did.

I make no secret my dislike of QSC. I'm just sick of people coming here to complain about them.
I don't actually read many forums and when I began ordering from them they didn't have a terrible reputation.

I was fine dealing with slow shipments or occasional delays.

So, yeah I might have been ordering from them while they got worse but that still doesn't mean that I shouldn't share my experience with others.

I don't really care about the money, I just want to know that my supplier is going to be reliable and honest.

I'm sure that this post is going to be very informative to many people and has been productive in figuring out how business operations are run at QSC.

Though this complaining about my complaint is not so productive.

Where did find this other QSC sales rep? I don't think it is posted here or on any of the other boards I visit.

I've ordered thousands worth of product with Qsc previously without any problems but I decided to try one of their pre-order deals.

After patiently waiting for months they told me that it was "out of stock" they basically didn't produce enough. I said fine, I'll just wait longer but then was told that it won't be possible and to use the credit for another order.

Then recently they had the black Friday deal and I thought fine, I get some tirz. They confirm the order but days later when I asked for shipping confirmation they tell me that their accounting department said I was short funds.

I sent BTC payment and the amounts are all confirmed on the Blockchain.

I'm not sure what's going on with them but they really seem to be screwing around for a few bucks.

This is their message

Btw, my order total was 1065 + 135 (pre-order)=1200. So shouldn't 1277-1065 be 212?

So after they screw up my preorder, 3 months later they tell me that I didn't pay enough?

They didn't care to compensate me for their mistake and now it seems that they have accounting issues which are ridiculous because you can clearly see the transaction amounts on the Blockchain.

So far they have stopped replying to me. I'm not sure what their issue is but I'm definitely switching vendors. I've tried another one and their response was superb and even if the price is maybe 5% more it's worth it for the service and response.

Edit: I did add an item to my order for 115 which is the BTC transaction for 115.
Who are you switching to?

Well, it's 135 for me, I haven't heard back from "my" sales rep... But it could easily be $1035 next time for someone else.

At least now we know that QSC has multiple reps, and even those reps can be different people. AND those reps don't work with each other.

I actually didn't think Alisa was ever one person and I didn't care as long as I got the order.
🤷‍♂️
Wait, so let me get this straight…you’re complaining over $135 when you’ve spent “thousands” of dollars which in turn has saved you 10’s of thousands of dollars in total? Say you bought those same items individually at companies like polaris, peptide sciences etc, it would have cost a lot more, right? So then while we’re at it can we also blame QSC for undercharging you? I didn’t think so. You should be saying, “Thank you for all the money you’ve saved me over the years, here’s a $135 tip, as a token of my appreciation for fucking up. I’m gonna shut up now, and learn about stable coins so I can use that in the future because I’m still learning about bitcoin.”

The price has nothing to do with this situation. I agreed to pay for a product and expect to receive that product.

It seems like you know nothing about Bitcoin when you can clearly see the correct value of the coin was sent through the blockchair explorer. It's there for all to see, it's on the Blockchain it's immutable.

You probably thank your meth dealer after giving him head and still paying him cash to show your appreciation, don't you.

Sigma Audley was banned for this forum for having fake users post glowing reviews. That is a good reason for banning them. With that said, from what I've heard Sigma Audley is a reliable source. I hope they are; I recently ordered a non-GLP-1 product from them.

It's reliable, right up until it isn't.

Disappointing results from my recent SSA 10mg Reta purchase - 91.9%

From Peptide Test:

“The results for your sample came back significantly outside of the expected range. Given this deviation, which exceeded our established parameters, an internal review was triggered to verify the accuracy of the testing. After this review, the results were confirmed as valid. While unexpected results can sometimes be linked to issues in manufacturing, handling, or other factors, we always ensure that no lab error has occurred before reporting them.”

Ohh, I wasn't aware they were banned for that but I did make a small order of non-peptides and it arrived quickly. Not trying to promote them though.

While I believe Tracy is not the cause of your problem, I agree that lack of a manager-type at QSC who is empowered to fix things has got to be frustrating.

Bella, jessica, lydia, nia, ada, lucy.. are my assistants who reply to sigma@sigmachemical.com.cn

Hi Tracy, not sure if you saw my other comment.

I just wanted to confirm that we must order through you or one of your assistants if we want your help with our purchases. Anything handled by another team is not something you can change, and may be subject to different policies. Is that correct?

That's what's great about belonging to this forum. I learn that much of what I thought I knew is wrong. Thank you for correcting my misinformation and letting me know to be skeptical of Sigma Audley.

You should be skeptical of every source, every time. That's the important lesson.

I think violet's completely wrong in a number of things... but you're being absurd. Your drug dealer isn't your friend. None of them are doing this out the goodness of their heart and they don't deserve our gratitude for anything.

You’re right, I know nothing about the “blockchair explorer”. No wonder you’re short $135 🤦‍♂️

The same debate about qsc exists on meso around the value of harm reduction. New members will go for the vendor with the most traffic, but this vendor in particular sells unfinished oils (they need to be filtered) and most new members have no idea what that means. They don’t really have a good solution either except banning discussion about sources from most topics.

FWIW, I’ve seen the floater posts and agree it’s unacceptable. However, majority of customers don’t have an issue. I’ve got a pretty decent stockpile of a variety of oils from several separate orders and haven’t ever had a problem. Also, Tracy said there was a new process in place and so far the results I’ve seen trickle in show that she’s made good on correcting the issues.

Lastly, a member sent a floater vial off for testing and it came back completely clear of contamination. I def want clean oils and would be aggro with floaters. They’re one of the few sources that tests often and consistently have high purity. I get why they’re popular, people just have to know the possible trade offs. I think too many jump in and have no clue what they’re even getting into.
