QSC is screwing around over a $135 credit!

What you’re missing is that tracy never promises good customer service, quite the opposite. And nobody ever accuses qsc of having good customer service. So who is at fault when they’re disappointed with the service? The person who decided that their experience with qsc should be the same as their experience with Amazon despite all the warnings and evidence to the contrary.
It's not about good customer service, it's about HONEST service or at least competent service.

I've had late deliveries, no replies, no tracking, out of stock items, etc. The crap customer service is fine when they were honest and I still get my product.

The problem here is they can't figure out their own inventory management. THEN go back and change the credit amount after it was already authorized.

I'm not expecting Amazon level service, I'm just expecting to get what I paid for.

Also, knowing that there are multiple sales teams I'm also thinking that the shipping is centralized and so is the accounting. The sales teams just submit the orders. So if the "accounting" department can screw up my order then I'm sure they can do it with Tracy's orders too.
 
They don’t suck and aren’t shady. I keep buying and they keep shipping and it’s easy peasy.

And considering the volume they do here, that we only hear a few ppl complaining (almost always because of an error of their own making) supports that.

I’d guess they do multiples of every other vendor on here - combined.

Im not really diving in as I don’t really care. Its a rounding error.

But my understanding is you didn’t use a stable coin and got hit with a market change. Happened first two times I tried to send btc. I took the L and upped my game.

That's fine if there was a market change when the transaction happened but to approve the transaction then come back 3 months later and say there was a discrepancy is completely wrong.

Sucks, yes. Shady, no. They don’t make commitments they don’t intend to deliver on, but they do deliver on the ones they do make. I have a lot of respect for that.
Slightly shady. We're dealing with international drug dealers. They've put out undefined "purity guarantees". Substituted product from different batches to people who thought they were getting product from a group by or tested batch. Don't kid yourself, they ARE a little shady. But all of these vendors are a little shady, aren't they?

All of these vendors suck. It's not just QSC. Amo putting out product that stings, QSC taking on order volumes that they struggle with and the inevitable customer service nightmares that ensue, SRY being indicted for narcotrafficking and shipping people incorrect product.... the list goes on. We're not dealing with Amazon here. I've been very happy with my own personal dealings with QSC and I'll use them again at some point. But that doesn't mean I'm going to stick my head in the sand and ignore their shortcomings.

Just suck it up. Factor your loss into your average cost and you’re still way ahead. Or if you really feel you got absolutely shafted, choose a different vendor.

Don’t ignore them, just accept them and act accordingly. My shady overseas drug dealer sells me $13200 “worth” of tirz for $275.

Before he did that, the other shady overseas drug dealers were charging me $2000 and I still paid it, cause I had no better options.

And yet we bitch, over what we knew going in, or didn’t know because we refused to read the directions?

I think you really have poor reading comprehension. I've repeatedly said I'm not looking to get compensated.

The waiting, as I also said is because THEY had a PRE-ORDER so I HAD TO wait for the product.

I already said I'm going with a different vendor.

Im not missing that, I’m well aware and have placed many orders myself. We as a community can set a higher bar than that, they don't make their money without us and as consumers we can set the terms as long as people aren’t making excuses for them. It’s not like they’re saving money by providing less customer service when they eventually have to deal with these snafus. The real issue here is people just bending over saying “this is just how things are” instead of pushing back on vendors to fix their process. The whole explanation around multiple sales teams or whatever is bullshit.
I mean the market has a voice, and that voice says “spank me daddy tracy.” They’re doing something right. I prefer a surly sales rep who is straightforward about their commitments and capabilities over all the two faced “I’m selling you peptides because I want to give back to the community, I’ll test every batch i promise, oopsie doopsie that one was a presale, oh sorry im using random excipients for unknown reasons, triple tested every time except that batch” guys who you seem to want tracy to act like. Tracy doesn’t suffer fools which is a feature to lots of us.
