QSC is screwing around over a $135 credit!

That's great and all but can you really credit Tracy for the pricing? I think it's more likely that the mysterious corporate makes that decision and passes it to their sales people.

I was getting the same pricing from "my" sales team too. 🤷‍♂️

So credit to QSC corporate for pricing but none at all for managing their sales teams performance?
Where does "your" sales team post their promos? I am just wondering if there is a different board or discord or something that I am having fomo about. Or are you seeing the promos tracy posts and just using your old contacts?

Well considering these other people are either invisible or being gatekept, I’m crediting him. He’s the one driving the bus in a public way.
I think you missed that the email address I was using is right on their contact me on the main qsc website. And I know that the pre order that I had an issue with was also on his price list because I've seen other people with my same out of stock issue as well. Just not this issue with shorting my credit.

There's no gatekeeping, people who have used QSC before know about the Alisa sales team too.

The issue is there's no accountability when there's an issue. My orders went fine for years since 2021 and I've probably spent plenty more than you but if there's such an issue over $135 then I'm not comfortable risking a larger order.

Here's one place...

I look at both and had no idea that there were different sales teams. The deals are the same.

Like most normal people, I thought it was all one company.

And that actually brings me to the thing I like best about QSC and why I defend him/them:

When everyone else was gouging, they started being aggressive on price and have never stopped.

They have forced the entire industry to follow suit. Research Tirz cost 3-5x as much just 9-12 months ago!

I’d argue the reason why we aren’t paying $350 for a 10mg kit anymore is because Tracy changed the game.
You're not wrong. QSC started a race to the bottom for prices. Their customer service blows, but like them or not, they are big enough that they can move the entire market. Other vendors have had to quickly drop prices. ASC was posting "deals" just a month or so ago that were so far above QSC's that people were literally calling Tuk out on what a joke the "deals" were. And guess what? Tuk is now offering Tirz at a price comparable to QSC.

Tracy and Alisa’s relationship to QSC more closely resembles that of a real estate agent (independent contractor) to their broker. Tracy has his customers and Alisa has hers. Alisa’s problems are hers, not Tracy’s.

I’ve had great success with Tracy, did plenty of reading about pitfalls, kept orders simple, minimized my risk in advance as much as possible. It’s not for everybody.

With that said, LLY ex-dividend date is 12/10 so I’ll be putting in another order.

I get that now but there's no where that actually discusses how that structure works. With real estate we understand there are individual agents and if there's an issue you can still contact the actual broker. That's what they're there for, but not in this case. If one sales team wants to screw you then you're screwed. How does that look for the main company?

Agree that this is actually really important. I'll wait for @Qingdao Sigma confirmation, but based on what's been said so far it seems like each sales team sets their own policy, so there is a meaningful difference between ordering from Tracy@ QSC and ordering from someone else also affiliated with the company. If you want the level of support Tracy provides, you need to buy from him.

I didn't know that, and I'm not sure anyone else did before it was mentioned today, but we should probably keep that in mind when evaluating this vendor.

I have recourse when engaging in legal activities on my soil, not so much when purchasing “illegal-to-import” peps from a foreign “entity”. My relationship is with Tracy; I really don’t care who he works for. I don’t buy more than I’m willing to lose.

I don't know if "Tracy's level of support" is much of a selling point for using his team :ROFLMAO:

I didn’t realize was a difference either. I’d been using my old Alisa email address to order Tracy’s posts. Tracy is much more responsive than Alisa. 😂😂

Alisa did exist before Tracy and still does. i always thought she was gone.

Went back and looked through old posts, and found one from the owner of this forum:

"Alisa apparently still operates as a completely different sales channel, but i think the majority of experience buyers know to avoid her as she is not as quite on the same level as Tracy"

I also remember a shannon. I also remember people claiming Alisa was multiple people. I also remember Tracy....ummm...questioning Alisa and her team's intelligence. I for some reason thought alisa disappeared around the aod underfill debacle in 2023.

Well, it's 135 for me, I haven't heard back from "my" sales rep... But it could easily be $1035 next time for someone else.

At least now we know that QSC has multiple reps, and even those reps can be different people. AND those reps don't work with each other.

I actually didn't think Alisa was ever one person and I didn't care as long as I got the order.
🤷‍♂️

So when I emailed Tracy, someone named Bella responded. I used the contact info Tracy posted.

Does that absolve Tracy of any issues should something come up?
Same! She’s just as rude!! I also have an issue with a Black Friday order and her response as blown me away. Unprofessional and rude.. they sent my package to the wrong address even after I corrected them in the email they sent me to “verify” everything was correct. Now she tells me that it is not their policy to confirm info yet the first sentence in her email is “please confirm “

I don't understand a WhatsApp link. It seems I have to use browser based Whatsapp to access the channel.

Not sure about why it's not working but it opens on my phone.

It's exactly the same as on these forums but the number is different and the email. 🤷‍♂️

i thought they were to give you a 95 dollar credit. i've never heard of anyone losing their money on the whole order.

So you've been ordering from QSC for years while people went around yelling from the mountain tops about how terrible their service is and how often people walked away feeling screwed over?

So you just thought, fuck it, it's not happening to me.... until it did.

I make no secret my dislike of QSC. I'm just sick of people coming here to complain about them.
